I order from them the said it was delivered but never got it , contact the company and ask them what they going to do about me not getting it and they reply and said it was delivered and that's it never heard back, I paid a $140 plus shipping for a costume pendant .so I begging you guys don't buy from them you will regret it.

Hand made earrings
Shame on me for not checking the reviews. They arrived in a timely manner, that’s the good part! Opened one earring but couldn’t get the clasp to engage, it was in my hand, eyes wide open. Cannot understand how anyone can secure in an ear.
Replied to their inquiry about the transaction; explained the issue and asked for a refund. No response after 2 days.
What customer service?

DO NOT ORDER!!! I placed an order ONE YEAR AGO, never recieved it. I've sent e-mails, called and sent private messages on their Facebook page but no answer. It's a scam.

Don't order from them. Placed any order in January haven't received or heard anything. I have email and phoned. It's a scam!!

Been buying there for several years and all was good until my last order in January 2022 - I ordered bunch of GREAT items on the sale for $9.99 each and it never shipped. 2 months later I contacted Luxyin and asked about my order - no response. I followed up in 10 days again and they said something about "covid-19" (in 2022!) and said they had shipping issues, then CANCELLED my whole order without consulting me and then said I can re-order all the items I want which were now $38 each!!! Great way to treat loyal customers.

I ordered a couple of days ago and still haven't received any confirmation about the package being sent. My attempts at contacting them are thus far unsuccessful.
I stumbled on some other review website were the had good reviews but it was very fishy. I should have known better. Very disappointing.

I was skeptical of buying until i saw people saying it will arrive but just takes a while. I bought on the 26th of dec still have not receive anything at all. Tracking code received in december saying ready to ship and until now got no updates at all. Trying messaging luxyin and no reply as well. No idea who and how to check on this shipment at all. Won’t suggest buying. Very disappointed.

I ordered a necklace from here on September 27th, and was told it would come in like a week or so if I remember correctly. It did not. I had read a separate review saying their order took like a month to come so I waited patiently, and it came! The necklace was beautiful and its quality was just as great as in the photo. It's all sparkly and pretty.

I was worried since every other review (except for the 1 good review about them taking a month) had said to not order from they, that they're a scam—but they're really not. They just take awhile to delivery. I had also gotten a final email the day it was actually delivered (Oct 26, almost exactly a month later), so it wasn't that much of a problem for me, personally. (The email ensured that I wouldn't miss the package, which was the only thing I was worried about with the expected delivery date being unreliable.)

In the end, the prices are cheap, the quality is good, it just take awhile to deliver.

Kindly do not ever order from them. They are a fraud. Ordered something in the early September haven’t received till date. Kindly stay away from this site

I was somehow suspicious about them, so I purchased 4 earrings at a discounted price (I wanted to get the free shipping without risking too much money).

I have a strong nichel allergy and spent literally years trying to get earrings that were nichel-free for real.
Luxyin stated they were, I liked the style so I decided to gamble since they accept PayPal.

Well, among many more famous brands, Luxyin is the only one that actually delivered exactly what was promised. Jewelry is in sterling silver with no nichel.
All goods are exactly fine and elegant as pictured: there is nothing misleading in their ads.
You really get what you see, and I can wear earrings again!

Now, be warned that their customer service is not very good and the curriers they use forecast delivery shipping dates that has no real meaning whatsoever.
I received the parcel one month later and had to open a Paypal complain to have a mere reply from someone.

But… the pack EVENTUALLY arrived, everything was perfect, the jewels are really lovely and perfectly made.
I think it’s fair to give my review to help other customers make their choice about Luxyin.
If you can wait a bit, you’ll get great silver jewelry at a very fair price.
