Useless customer service rip off renewal
we got our home insurance renewal quote, it had doubled from lat year. contacted LV numerous times, told this was due to a unclosed claim, informed them that it was sorted, said they cannot take our word would have to contact their contractor. Promised would call back. 2 weeks on and numerous phone calls and been passed from pillar to post still not sorted, as we had aorted the repair and paid it ourselves, Lv would not take our word for it. afer another round of phone calls agve up all hope. Cancelled renewal, and obtained insurance at same level of cover £700 cheaper. GoodbyeLV
Tip Never let them put you on auto renewal, shop around.

When looking for a new competitive car insurance there were a lot of cheaper options but once you delve into them, all is not as they seem.This is a company we have used previously over the years and although a bit more expensive than some there was more meat and bones to it overall.
