Took at least three phone calls to swap my insured car in fact I bought a new policy online and cancelled my existing policy because LV couldn’t do this for me.

Excellent service that reduced my worries and got my car repaired quickly
LV were fantastic in handling my claim after someone drove into the back of my car. They reassured, explained well and made sure that my car was repaired quickly and dealt with in a way that minimised hassle to me.

In the past I've had my car and my wife's car insured with LV and have found them a super efficient company and a pleasure to deal with. I returned to LV this year, having bn with another insurer,? and just like previously I've always been quoted a very competitive price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LV.

Last year the renewal premium went up…
Last year the renewal premium went up unacceptably high so I went with Hastings Direct. My renewal is up again so I thought I'd give LV another try. Very competitive quote so I'm back with LV. Such a shame Allianz are ditching the LV brand as it's tried, trusted and loved brand in the UK. Everyone knows who LV are. They don't really know (or care) who Allianz are so I expect we'll be losing a good deal of UK business. Thanks Allianz.
