Amazing response time!

This site is horrible. I don't know how they can stay in business with all this scamming and stealing they are doing and had the nerve to blame me for what had happened to me. I had tried to take advantage of Xbox Live letting you use up to 3 years of prepaid Gold to sign up for the Ultimate. I had purchased 3 codes from these people. Unbeknownst to me Microsoft would only allow me to use 2 of the 3 codes so the third code I had to wait. Surprisingly, the first 2 codes worked but when I had to wait a week to redeem the third code I got an error saying it was already redeemed. I contacted Microsoft who said the code I purchased was redeemed by another account 2 days after I purchased it!!! So, when I contacted the website to see if they would might right a wrong since they clearly sold my code again they told me no, they will not give me another code nor refund my purchase. They said if it was redeemed before I purchased they would have. I highly doubt that. I thought PayPal would help, but, alas, no...I have been screwed by these scammers and lost 50 dollars to these crooks. Lessen learned. From now on I am purchasing directly from Microsoft and not a 3rd party. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!! THEY ARE CLEARLY OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

I initially gave them 5 stars and a positive review because they helped me with an online concern I had but after my son tried to download the $200.00 in gift cards we bought I have to give them only one star. If there was a place for zero stars I would give them that. When my son downloaded the $200.00 in gift cards for XBox Live he received a message that they were already redeemed. Huh? I just bought these!! I got on live chat with LVLGO.com and submitted what they asked me to and kept waiting for a response from them. I sent them multiple messages to see if they were still online but they did not respond. However, I did see the messages were read. I was online with them for over an hour and a half. My last message to them was if they don't respond to me soon I will call my credit card company to ask for a refund and amend my initial positive review. I still got no response so I contacted my credit card company and I am writing a new review. I was hoping they would email me back but they did not. Buyer beware!

Great and fast response from customer service

Sells used Nintendo eShop point cards and will not issue refunds.

Bought a PSN card from them yesterday and due to paypal it took until today to get the code. I received the email saying to transaction went through but I didn't receive the code until I went through their chat again to get it. Once received it worked fine.

In chat they are fairly responsive and tried their best to help, but I would keep on top of it to prevent the code being used from people with code generators.

Quick service and fast response. Would definitely buy again from this site.

Purchased a $50 PSN gift card code that was already redeemed.

Don't trust purchasing from this company. I purchased a 12 month Xbox live digital subscription. They never sent me the code. They claim it was sent after I inquired on the order and after supposedly looking into the situation they claimed that the code was used by me. I checked my entire email and could not find anything. If they sent the code it wasn't to me. So now I'm out $50 because of their incompetence. Do not trust. PayPal won't even back you for to their game delivery notification.

I bought some XBL subscription codes and received them fairly quickly. However, I made a mistake while ordering and couldn't cancel the order. I then made the correct purchase.

I reached out to the customer support for a refund and was promised it would be refunded within 24 hours. That didn't happen. I reached out again after a few days, still nothing. A week later and I finally get someone in chat who is competent. 10 seconds after starting I receive my full refund as requested.

TL:DR - It's a legit company but the customer service needs work.

The support solved my issue within 5 minutes!
