Do NOT order from this website. It is a SCAM!! I ordered a “hand painted” pet ornament and it arrived on cheap wood that felt like a popsicle stick and was just the picture I uploaded printed on there. I literally thought it was a joke! I filed a dispute with PayPal, but they said that I would get a full refund once I return the items. But gave me a return address in all Chinese characters that will no shipping website will recognize. They also will not let you leave a review on their website. This website is a complete scam!

I ordered on November 19, hoping to receive the item by Christmas. I immediately was concerned that this was a scam company because I didn’t receive a confirmation email, and on PayPal the merchant just showed up as “online shopping” and not the actual merchant name which in my many years of buying stuff online I have never seen happen. I tried to make contact and the only way I could find on their website for how to contact them was via instagram. I DMed them and they told me to check my spam folder for the confirmation and it was there so I decided to give them a chance even though it felt suspicious. For weeks after that any time I’d check my order status it just said “active” with no details. Finally on December 9 I messaged them asking if I’d receive the item by the 20th and if not could I change the shipping address. They said I could change the address but I would not receive it by the 20th. They gave no timeline. During the 2 days I waited for that reply I started researching them further and found the negative trust pilot reviews and realized that on their full website I saw a lot of photos that appeared to be from other companies. I wish I’d done my research before ordering. I asked to cancel and they gave me an email to contact. I highly doubt that will work so I’m also working with PayPal to file a dispute. I would NOT order from here. Please just use Etsy or a similar site like I should have done from the beginning.

Ordered almost a month ago and never received any update. The products haven't been delivered yet and I only received an automatic reply to my email, that's it.
I strongly recommend not to order on this website!!

I ordered from here a couple of week ago, and suddenly realised my product has never arrived. I tried trawling back through my emails and realised I never received an email confirmation! The money has been taken from my account though. No way of contacting them and no order confirmation. Seems very fishy to me. I will be taking it up with my credit card company

Awful experience!
They refuse to cancel or refund my order when their website clearly states “we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced”. I got a bad feeling and requested to cancel the order within minutes of placing it. Now they are giving me the runaround and refuse to cooperate with their own policies. I also noticed they are using stolen artwork and marketing it as their own. It’s a terrible sign when a seller turns off comments on their Instagram posts so former or potential customers have no way of leaving feedback or asking questions… DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THIS IS A SCAM

This is a scam website that take product photos from elsewhere. I ordered a customised hand made product and was sent cheap crap. Products are deceptive and all reviews on products are CLEARLY false (all are 5+ stars)

Do not buy on this website! I want my money back!!
The portrait on the sweatshirt has nothing to do with the picture of my brother's cat I sent!! Do not place an order!! Plus, fabric quality is poor (the one of a tee-shirt)

They sent me the wrong size (at least two sizes too small) and they refuse to give me anything more than a 10% refund. They won’t even pay for shipping to send it back. They even had the audacity to ask me to buy another product… Also, they have stolen pictures and videos from Etsy sellers and market it as their own.

This website is a SCAM. They use other people’s videos to pretend that it’s their own work and pretend like they sell those products when in fact you will get a knock off crappy product instead. Do not buy from these fraudsters.

Horrible company, found this company via instagram and ordered a hoodie. Wrong colors, wrong placement. If you want a costumized hoodie, just order at Etsy.

It took 1 month to receive my order, but it is worth it. I had a good service, they respond to me fast when I reached out to them. It is a little bit cheaper than I expected based on the images I saw on instagram.

Do not order from these people. Took ages to come. When it arrived it was laughable at how awful the embrodiered sweatshirt looked like a child did it. Wierd colours, wiggly lines and didnt look anything like the photo i sent or what was advertised. Company wont give me my money back.

Shipping in time (2 weeks), Good designed but any client service... they says they send me the plan for embroidery before starting embroidering for approval but no message, any response of my message..

I ordered two hoodies with pictures of our two dogs. On their website they say that they send the design for approval. I never received a design even though I reached out to them - never got an answer.
The Hoodies arrived even though the website says that they are not shipped. The embroidery is poorly placed and much too small. They put 4 tiny heads of our two dogs on the hoodie. It just looks ridiculous.

The design is horrible and the Hoodies are not wearable. I paid 80 Euros and have nothing.

I’ve ordered one of their embroidered sweatshirts for my partners birthday as I though the saying “I wear my heart on my sleeve” was cute. Weeks passed with no update on my order. After paying $85+ CAD, I was pretty disappointed. When I’ve received the order I was sad to discover that their own “signature” embroidery, instead of saying “I wear my heart on my sleeve” says “I wear my hairy on my sleeve”. My disappointment got even greater when after emailing the customer service and not receiving any answer, I have, after several tentatives, been replied with a 10% reimbursement offer! After paying $85+ I am sorry but this kind of customer service is not customer service!

I ordered a personalised pet portrait jumper and then read trust pilot afterwards. I panicked that the website was a scam when I read the negative reviews but while my item took 2 weeks to arrive (within the stated delivery time) I have received it and it looks like a great quality jumper and the portraits are brilliant.

This website is a scam. I placed an order with them weeks ago. I never received a confirmation email about my order, weeks went by, and I tried to reach out to them. They ignored every message through social media platforms. I then tried to email them. When they finally got back to me, they said my order was lost at the post office, when their website says it hasn’t been shipped. Their site says they’ll do refunds if the orders haven’t shipped yet. But they won’t cancel or refund my order. HORRIBLE company.

I placed an order 3 days ago, and never got a confirmation email. I tried emailing the company and got a delivery failure message that the email address didn't exist of couldn't receive mail. I tried reaching out on social media and never got a response. I got nervous that this was a scam, so I reversed my payment through paypal until I can get through to the company.
