When researching Cyberknife tratement I came accross lyfboat. I sent them an initial enquiry. Dr Suneet then made contact with me to discuss my options. Dr Suneet was incredibly patient with me in answering my numerous questions over a number of weeks. Dr Suneet made all of the arrangements including my medical visas. Everything was handled incredibly smoothly. I was greeted at the airport and taken to my hotel and then day I was assigned a staff member to look after me throughout my hospital visits. I had my Cyberknife treatment for prostate cancer at the Medanta hospital in Gurugram in December 2024. My PSA was 4.7 with a number of cancer growths. The care l received from the whole cancer team was the best l have ever experienced. I travelled over from the UK and had my treatment over a 3 week stay. I am delighted to say l had a new PSA test on 4th February and my results have come back at 0.05. All of the cancer has been removed. Thank you again to all the staff at Medanta hospital, you are truly amazing.

First of all, they were so attentive with us since we started the communication where I reported my son's anomaly. They have been provided assistance to d all the arrangements to get video appointmet and visa to India and my family were well received and accommodate in a good place, they haven't complained so for.
Regarding the treatment in the hospital, it was so very nice, even though the first time my son failed to do the surgery due to the bad reaction to the anastesia they were able to initiate another process that helped him so much even to get appetite to eat what He didn't have before.
The second time he was submitted for surgery, everything went well with him and He is now recovering from that, in two weeks He could start to walk.
What I would like to recommend is related to the food in the hospital, I suggest some improvement my family has reported that they were given the same food all the time (rice, vegetables and soups) then this impacted negatively for his quick recovery.
But above all I'm so glad to have met this wonderful and collaborative team. Thank you so much Dr. Joya, Dr. Sunnet. Dr. Kushal and of course Dr. Manoj without him and his teammates the surgery wouldn't be a great success, in this chain l I can't forget the wonderful gentleman Dr. Jaspar.

I went to India to have a knee replacement surgery but their delivery did not match their promises. It started from the moment no-one met me at the airport, and went downhill from there. I high-tailed it out of Delhi before the operation for obvious reasons.
If you are thinking of going to India with Lyfboat to have an operation, I suggest you think very very carefully and don't just rely on the promises they make.

Dr. Suneet did very well sending me on a properly well coordinated trip to Istanbul for surgery.

I will go for another run next year to get the rest done in this insanely good world of specialized trained hospitals.

Best decision I made was to change my plans and travel half way across the world for my operation. This happened because I was so impressed with the speed that Dr. Suneet Singh replied to my email enquiry. Within 24 hours Dr Suneet had sent me four pages of the qualifications of my intended surgeon, 30 page document regarding the hospital, and a very straightforward quote. She also arranged the e-medical visa within 24 hours which I thought was very impressive as I know india well and know their bureaucracy. From the minute I touched down at Delhi, someone was waiting for me. The next day I met my wonderful attendant Ali, who helped me during the entire time. I cannot thank him enough. Ali then arranged my appointment with my surgeon. I knew immediately I had taken the right decision. I could go on but suffice to say, Dr Suneet drove one hour to meet me. She said it was nothing after me trusting her and flying from Mexico to Delhi with a bad hip. The CEO of Lyfboat, Dr Surbhi also came to my hotel to say goodby after my many interactions with her. I had no idea she was the CEO until the last day. What I also didn’t expect, was the aftercare. This medical experience has been proactive. Instead of just giving me a hip replacement, the treatment is ongoing as they try to give me back bone and correct my posture after a mastectomy 20 years ago. I know I can contact Lyfboat at any time for ongoing advice and I am very grateful for this. I feel these three people mentioned have also become dear friends. I thank God that I came to a more proactive country, and the land of Ayurveda and yoga. I’m so grateful, I chose Lyfboat, and I cannot thank you enough.

Dr. Singh and her Team were very professional and supportive during our visit to NeuroGen Mumbai clinic for my son's first stem cell treatment. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my mother's recent stay at your hospital.

From the moment I started the process, I was carefully guided with warmth and compassion by Dr. Suneet. She went above and beyond to ensure that my pre-travel process went smoothly, answering all of my questions and providing me with the necessary information and support. This was truly inspirational and we felt like we were treated by a close family member.

After our arrival at Fotis Hospital, Dr. Surbhi took over our care and made our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Her professionalism and dedication were truly remarkable. She went out of her way to make sure that all of our needs were met.

I would also like to acknowledge Dr. Sandeep, Dr. Salman, Dr. Niveditha whose reassurance and expertise played a significant role in my mother's recovery. Their guidance and support helped us navigate a difficult time with confidence and peace of mind.

My journey began a while before coming to India ( what a culture shock it was) having some consulting done with Doctor Ashish most of my questions and concerns were answered. I was able to reach time at anytime via whatsapp. In india I was treated very well and the hospital staff were excellent. The taxi men were great especially Manish and Jaspit ( big up). My surgery was done by a wonderful team and are in constant contact with me even as am not in india right now. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2017, at that time I was Stage 1. I knew Two other ladies that was also diagnosed with Breast Cancer but they decided to have Chemotherapy and Surgery. Unfortunately both have left this world now. One died the same year as the Cancer spread to her brain, the other lady died Three years later after have a Mastectomy on both breast, which the Cancer still spread and she died subsequently.

I decided to take the alternative route, which was the natural remedies, herbs, eating healthy and plenty of exercise. This route did work up to late November 2023, when I became too relaxed and started eating lots of Chocolate, Ice cream and drinking Alcohol again. One day I woke up and noticed that my 1 cm Tumor was now a 3 cm Tumor, literally pushing through the surface of my Skin. All of a sudden it started to irritate me, itched like crazy, I knew if I gave into the scratching it would get worse. So I use to use ice to stop the irritation and it worked. After doing this for several months and going back to my healthy lifestyle, I realized it wasn’t getting any smaller but slowly getting bigger. It was almost like I couldn’t eat anything that would start irritating my Tumor.

One day whilst I was in bed with the Ice pack on my breast with the Cancer, I decided to look up, ice treatment that cures Cancer. As I found using Ice was very effective for me. To my surprise the Cryoablation Treatment showed in the search. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, finally a Treatment that will not leave a Scar or deformed my Breast. Which I love dearly 34DD :)

I contacted a few of the Hospitals and Lyboat was the first to respond, within 48 hrs. A lovely Doctor from India called Doctor Joya made contact with me and told me what she needed from my side, like Biopsy report, Mamogram images to send to Doctors who are qualified and experienced in Cryoablation. Fortunately for me she suggested Turkey, after doing some research. I realized that Turkey would be my best option. Doctor Joya sent me the quotation which I must say was Three Times cheaper than the other representatives from the other Agencies. She also sent the information of the Doctor so I could do my due diligence and I was very pleased!!

I made arrangements with my work, took the time off that I needed for the Treatment, which Doctor Joya suggested and was then immediately put in touch with a Translator. Booked my flight and Lyboat made arrangements with the Hospital to take me to the Hotel for one night and then be admitted the next day for a consultation with the Doctor.

I was admitted the same day, the Doctor discussed the procedure and also said he will try his best to save my skin as the Tumor had surfaced. This whole time the Doctor from Lyboat was right by my side. Comforting me with her words of “you will soon get better”, “don’t worry”, “ you will be alright”.

The Hospital was Medipark, brilliant Staff, caring and experienced Doctors. I had the Cryoablation the following day.

Whilst I was in the surgery room, I was surrounded by a Team of Doctors, Nurses and the whole nine yards. I felt like Royalty! They made my procedure a breeze. They put me to sleep and when I woke up the Cryoablation was done. Breast in Tack, no scarring apart from the tiny incision of the Cryoablation Needle and no loss of skin.

I am now Cancer free and I have Lyboat to thank for that as they arranged my care with qualified and Experienced Doctors, who care about you and your wellbeing. I never thought I'd be travelling to India for Cancer treatment, but lack of option locally left me no choice. I reached out to a few organisation specialising in Medical Tourism and had mixed responses.
When I first spoke with Dr Suneet from Lyfboat I felt she was not pushy and was really patient with me while I decided my options and how to go around it. She arranged calls with doctors, helped to arrange accommodation and all the things in between like transport including to and from the Airport.
Once I arrived Medanta, I was looked after by the Lyfboat team including Nikhill, Jaspel and Ali who were all great at navigating the Hospital and all the people in it.
Having Dr Surbhi on hand was also great, she knew the doctors well and was able to make things happen especially to meet my travel schedule which was tight and demanding!
