LYFT BAIT AND SWITCH 12/09/2024 Driver's/LYFT's directions app was w-a-a-a-y off! Driven to two different wrong addresses, then driven back to first wrong address before the driver finally used my app to locate the correct address. Then the driver insisted on calling my cousin to be guided in! I was charged the additional cost for that wandering ride--plus the additional tip percentage I calculated from that--the entirety of which they refused to refund! I was over 1/2 an hour late for a 5:00-7:15 PM dinner with my cousin--whom I hadn't seen in seven years--before I had to leave for the airport. So I ended up being charged $41.65--to waste precious time and inflict added stress--on what was supposed to be a $22.97 fare! On top of which, I had to have my cousin's wife drive me on my return trip--to catch my plane, which they had already started boarding by the time I ran there--because my return LYFT driver never found the place at all, but charged me for that too! I mean who's the common denominator here? So for that "no-show/cancellation" fee--on their part--I was charged $10 to be credited toward my "next" ride; like there would ever be a next ride . . . .

SCAMMERS ! Bogus charges total $50.83 on my credit card from them for a (woke) Taxi ride I never took! these thieves are from san Francisco, I live in NY am 7o yrs old and don't travel certainly NOT to Calif ! I tried to contact someone over there, but oddly enough their website, has NO PHone #'s, No Exec Names, No address, No email...and, that imo, is because...THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I am filing a report with the IC3.gov, an arm of the FBI, that investigates cyber crime and white collar crime. Lying thieves is what this place is !

The last 4 trips in a row now I’ve been overcharged for wait times that did NOT happen! Today they charged me again for a wait time when I was outside when the Lyft driver got here and I was in the store for “2 minutes”!!!! So, if Uber, Lyft and Uber Lyft drivers are going to continue to do this, i will no longer tip the driver! I will leave 1 star reviews with no tip. I’m letting ALL social media platforms know to do this as well!! My whole round trip fare today was 7 minutes total. If I spent 6-7 minutes in the store, how could this be possible that the round trip took only 1 minute? Uber, Lyft n Uber, Lyft drivers are cheaters and thieves!! Two days ago my trip took 8 minutes total but they claimed I was in the store for 7.5 minutes. How is this possible? That’s ok lyft will pay a heavy price for cheating people!! I’ve deleted my Uber app and I’m going to delete my Lyft app as soon as my payment clears
