I was quite satisfied with the service provided and quality and selection of the furniture. That helped me to enjoy my life in Germany. I really appreciated to you for your service and quality level.

I was satisfied by timeliness of the delivery and overall quality of materials provided.
My only feedback will be on packaging of glassware: I had received many broken/shattered glass kitchen ware which posed risk of safety for my family members and also the quality was in general fragile. We ended up not using most of the glassware because of risk of breakage.

Although the company change since I started my contract everything went smooth.

The items and service were fine but the delivery period was very long. It took many days before the items were delivered to me. Because of this, I was not able to move into my rented house and I had to pay free rent to the house-owner, as a personal loss of EUR 1500/-.

I am giving 3 stars because of the good service provided by the delivery team and collection team, otherwise for my personal loss, I should give only 1 star.

My family moved to Frankfurt in November 2020. Despite the period of the corona pandemic, they handled all the arrangements swiftly, and I could move to my new apartment with their leasing furniture in two weeks.
All the staffs there are very professional and kind, the design of the furniture is stylish. I highly recommend.

Excellent service. Super easy to select the furniture, everything arrived on-time, in new condition and was setup by the team; when I was done with the furniture after my 14 month rental, everything was quickly and easily removed - all without any additional effort from me. I would happily use this service again and recommend it for anyone considering furniture rental.

The FLC team made every effort to schedule the delivery and pick-up around the client's schedule and always in a very friendly manner. Lack of instruction document for smart TV, not completed installation of TV and washing machine are pitty.

Business Furniture Package. Fast friendly service. The quantity of plates and flatware was in adequate for a family of 4. Only 6 place settings were supplied. The package only included one small cutting board. The cost was very expensive compared to the quality of the furniture.

Great service and great advice for anyone wishing to use this service short term or longer term.
