Laser stopped working after a few…

Laser stopped working after a few weeks. Nothing out of the ordinary- just died with a full battery. Now I have to worry about shipping it back, and the last month has been a waste of time. Not OK for this pricey of an item.

The products were delivered quickly & there has been follow-up though I am yet to have a consultation. I use the products everyday but so far I can’t say I notice any improvements

You will not be dissapointed!

Lyma customer service is outstanding ! They are helpful and always answers questions I have within 24 hours. In fact - my laser was defective and they replaced it immediately.
The supplements I cannot live without - A few times I have forgotten to take them and I feel sluggish. I have plenty of energy and sleep well because of the supplements - as compared to OTC vitamins / etc.
The skincare is an intense system. I’m still not sure if it’s worth 6,000 a year …
The laser is a game changer - I love it and have seen major changes in redness / wrinkles / scars.

First time my package got returned even…

First time my package got returned even left GB for “security reasons”, second time got stuck at the fedex clearance.The feeling I had is that Lyma had never delivered in Canada . Was very Frustrating. But Jennifer was always trying to help me , now I got the device and can’t wait to see the results.

I started taking lyma 3 yrs ago , its an amazing supplement, i can only say its life changing . Altough its a bit expensive..

Lyma - good but could be great

In the begining Lyma was great at telling us why we needed the product. However I think for the price of the supplement I would like more support from the team. The shipments have been hap-hazard at times and refunds not always given for missing product. I do like the product and see many benefits
