The quality of product is crap, cheap tat. Wouldn't give as a present as cheap tatt and would be ashamed to give. Won't give refund and refure to respond now to my emails.

I purchased bracelets from this company spending over £40. The quality is about £2.00
The site stated that they are gold, and at a great offer.
They arrived i would not even give them to a child to play with.
I can not get my money back because emails continue to bounce back.
Returns policy what a laugh.
If only I had read the reviews before buying.

Do not buy from this company. The items are as good as you find in a christmas cracker. They take ages to send you the items and when received they are in a bubble wrap envelope not a presentation box as you would expect.
I have seen the woman's photo on other adverts and according to the blurb she is retiring. Well she was doing that last year!!!
I bought a few items then, most were plastic or very poor metal. Mass produced. Return/refund process is useless.
Advert is totally misleading DONT BUY!!

I placed an order in february.i still have not received half my order. They also took two lots of payments out for one order. I have not received or been refunded any. I emailed on numerous times. Been answered a few times but with no apologies or information to my items and money refund

After placing an order didn't realise it came from China. Still not received I had a message saying Evri had delivered it only a picture of f a hand holding small jiffy bag. Now having conversations with Evri. Parcel finally delivered DONT BUY RUBBISH VERY POOR QUALITY

Very poor. No item has been delivered and no email answered. One star is one too many. Still keep sending out emails. Obviously a scam. Found the item through a reputable firm so thought it was for real.

Do not buy from this company. Believe the site showing a charming lady making lovely jewellery is AI. Bought a pendant which took a month to arrive, and was cheap and nasty looking, nothing like the photographs. I raised a dispute resolution after 3 weeks with PayPal, because despite several emails to them, no response,and received a full refund in two days. The pendant isn't even worth taking to a charity shop. Think they would be insulted!

Ordered a boho Egyptian sun necklace for £24.99.
Arrived looks like cheap rubbish jewellery from China.
Nothing at all like the picture on website.
Unfortunately saw reviews too late.
Scam website do not buy anything from them.

Sent back items-paid for postage-returned to me two weeks later. Sent several emails-no replies. Extremely poor quality items-binned them. Do not buy from-a scam.

Please do not order from this scammed! I ordered what I thought were ruby earrings as a special birthday gift. When they arrived they were gaudy and looked nothing like the photo on the site. The returns process is shocking! I was told to pay to send the items back to China which was going to cost as much as the earrings! I didn't bother returning them due to the cost involved. I took them to Ramsdens to sell them. Turns out they're not gold and not rubies! Totally scammed!

Two weeks ago I ordered 3 items of jewellery from Lyn Boutique, an order ending in 559. They come up as 'sent'.
No sign of them yet. Beware!

They need to give a live working address. I have been unable to contact them. Emails come back as undeliverable. Item not as advertised. Trying to return goods and ask for a refund. Can anyone out there help.

Awful cheap items. One bracelet with large stone missing. When I complain they offer a discount for me to buy another item and say that I can keep the faulty item and gift it!!!

Avoid this site big time

I ordered a necklace and gold mesh earrings the earrings were not fit for purpose, I returned them recorded delivery asking for a refund 24.99 or credit nothing has happened.. This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, numerous emails to them.. Nothing has happened.. Order no 2791 absolutely appalling customer service

Ordered 3 items earrings never came the pendant looked totally different to image on Web page,tried to get return label but website not valid a total waste of £46

My partner saw a 'news item' which said that Lyn Boutique had a retirement sale with some attractive discounts - Don't be fooled (I was) - I ordered two items which finally arrived in a cheap and nasty Jiffy bag with no paperwork - The items are of extremely poor quality - probably mass produced in a third world country - You could probably buy the same items on Skegness sea front for £1.99 - This is a classic example of buyer beware and don't be fooled

I placed an order with this site on 9/10/2025. Today, 21/10/25 I received a packet containing plastic fashion jewellery of the same design as the pieces I ordered and have paid £70 for.with no delivery note or invoice. Iam asssuming that lyn-boutique is a scam site and I have fallen for it. When Itry to email them I am consistently told that the address is undergoing maintenance so no email deliveries can be made to them. Their prices are too good to be true. I have been grossly overcharged for plastic nonsense when I thought myself to be buying gold and opal. Avoid this site! KN.
