100%scam!!!Don’t buy stuff from this website!!!

This is a complete scam! I had the same experience, ordered the bouncy and got a stupid wind up plastic turtle that they claimed to be an “exquisite gift”. Beware don’t order from them!

Same as everyone else here, seems that we all received a toy turtle instead of a bouncy castle.
Joke of a company

I ordered a indoor playground for my two small kids! Spent 32.98 thinking it was legit. I received a wind up blue whale. The kids loved it but it's not worth the price. Have not received the playground yet. It was over 8 weeks ago. They don't answer emails very often and they keep sending similar responses. It's ridiculous. Don't order from them ever!!!!!

They are scammers!!!! They advertised a $40 bounce house and sent a plastic turtle to my house smh. They will block you from commenting anything negative on their page.

Scam. Just like the others I ordered a bouncy castle. Got my son excited for his new bouncy castle and they sent me a wind up turtle !! SCAMMERS do not order !!

Same experience as other users - total scam, do not order from them!

Absolutely scam, beware everyone! They will send you a plastic turtle and charge you $40 USD for the bouncy castle that you have ordered. The bouncy castle will never be delivered. They will use the evidence of delivering the turtle to prove they are a legimate business if you ask your bank to raise a dispute, very dodgy business. They even deleted my comment about their advertising on Facebook and blocked me after I had reported to Facebook.

Scam. Ordered bouncy castle. Ordered was delivered to wrong address and wrong country. "Customer service" is more than likely AI, keeps reply similar response saying it was delivered so they can do nothing, asking me to go to my local post office and claim it. They even send me the screenshot with delivery confirmation to the wrong address, ignoring the fact that the country is different. Anyway, though lesson, someone is happy with the windup turtle I guess

It appears I have had a similar experience as some others...i had ordered the bouncing castle with slide on the 15.04.23, however i received a plastic wind up turtle in the post today...when I check the tracking number it states 'delivered'. However all I received was the turtle which I never ordered. Unfortunately i used a debit card so no recourse i guess. Please let no body else get scammed.

Scammer!! They send me plastic turtle instead of my order bouncy house with slide!!! What on earth?! Saying with a letter that dont worry your original order is in transit but my tracking number service says my order been delivered!!! I wish i can still get back my money i will contact my bank and see what they can do. Please dont order on this site and other sites with the same product they have so many site offering cheap product.

I ordered a play pan that has has a slide and a swing and they sent me a plastic turtle, they are scamers. UH131040926YP

Having ordered from this company 2 months ago, I am still awaiting my item.
The tracking information provided most recently says the item was delivered through my letterbox but the company keeps telling me it is with my local post office. Over two hours calling and visiting have shown this not to be the case, the tracking info then throws a courier’s name.
I’ve been asking this company to refund in full my purchase, which they are refusing to do so instead I will contact my credit card company to reclaim the money.

Do not trust this company, there are unscrupulous and not to be trusted.

This company fraud they provided me with a tracking number in all I call delivery service wit tracking number n it doesn’t exist

Scam!! Be aware! Ordered item well over a month ago and they keep telling me it’s coming and it still hasn’t arrived yet. Been in contact with them nearly everyday and they still cannot provide a tracking number. Customer service is appalling and they also won’t refund me my money for item not received!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM….. FRAUDSTERS!

PAY ATTENTION!! Fake site!!! Don’t order anything from them. You’ll never receive your order, and you’ll never get your money back!
