Highly professional treatment by Matthew and the team in the clinic at a difficult time, resulting in excellent care, advice and a great result for my issue, couldn’t recommend more.

After moving to the south coast some years ago it’s taken me a long time to find the right chiropractor and I can now highly recommend Lyndhurst Chiropractic Clinik

I recently visited the foot clinic and had a great experience with Gillian. She was professional, friendly, and immediately put me at ease. With her background in diabetic nursing, she was especially reassuring, giving me confidence that I’m in safe hands not just for now, but for the future too.

The clinic’s location within the Chiropractor’s practice is also very convenient, with parking available, making it easily accessible. Overall, a thoroughly positive experience.

A very warm, cosy atmosphere greets you as you step into the clinic.
My chiropractor, James, is an outstanding listener and he appears generally interested in you and your story. He seems knowledgeable and able to integrate your story and his expertise in a very helpful manner.
The whole place is very person-centred - you leave the clinic feeding better both physically and mentally.

I have been seeing Dave for some time now and i am extremely impressed by his professionalism. He is friendly and approachable. He thinks "outside the box" and has often come up with ideas and advice ready for me when I have arrived for my appointment. The whole practice is very committed and I cannot praise Dave or the team highly enough.

I have been treated by James since mid December and can highly recommend the treatment from him. I was originally treated for severe neck pain, which James worked with me to diagnose and treat to resolve the issue. I am continuing to have treatment on my lower back due to ongoing issues. The facilities are spacious, clean and comfortable with a welcoming team.

So immensely grateful to Matt for having sorted my very UNhappy tennis knee (that I had for over a year. 😱) in just 3 sessions!

I have been treated by James at Lyndhurst for over 9 months now and I continue to be impressed by the exceptional quality of care provided by him. My back health has considerably improved and this has given me more confidence in everyday life.

The staff are excellent and help to facilitate/cater to individual needs of the clients. Zoe on the reception team is also very friendly and welcoming and helps make the clinic a nice place to be.

The prices are also reasonable considering the high quality and range of treatments offered.

Overall I would highly recommend James and the clinic for anyone wishing for chiropractic treatment or wanting to maintain great back health.

James has been treating me for over a year with a mix of acupuncture, massage and chiropractic treatments. I have a long term condition which he has helped manage in a professional and caring way. I would definitely recommend James.

James was very informative and explained to me what he could help with at the clinic and what I can do at home to support my progression. After 6 months hoping my shoulder would get better on its own I went to see Matthew. After 3 visits over the period of 1 month with some manipulation and some exercises he had sorted it.

I have been going to see Matthew on a regular basis for around three years, after deciding to try the chiropractic route to deal with recurring lower back pain. From the first meeting I felt welcomed by the whole team and Matthew took the time to explain his approach and expected results very clearly. I was a little nervous but was immediately put at ease. After coming up with a treatment plan I can honestly say I’ve had a significant improvement in mobility, and reduction in my recurring back pain, and now return every 6-8 weeks for a review which keeps me on track. I have recommended a number of friends to Matthew, who have also had very positive experiences, and will continue to do so. Importantly, the whole team are also lovely, friendly people!

I have been going to Matthew for about 3 years. At the initial consultation he listened not only to my issues but took the time to understand the impact and identifed with me the priorities to enable me to engage in my activities. The treatment and exercises he designed for me led to much improved and pain free mobility. I have had other issues arise
including a dislocated shoulder for which he provided exercises in addition to those provided by the hospital and more recently soft tissue damage to my knees which again treatment and exercises designed specifically for me have resulted in my being able to do things I haven't been able to do since diagnosed with juvenile arthritis aged 17. I wish I had been able to see him at that age. I might have enjoyed more mobility when I was younger.
Matthew expains everything clearly in a way you can understand. He works to get you pain free and to enable you to enjoy your life and activities. I have recommended him to friends who have also been treated successfully by him.
