Excellent service. The whole process was simple,we could browse around a wide selection of carpets in our own time and pick just what we wanted. Jamie was there to answer any questions and within no time at all the carpet was fitted. The chap that fitted the carpet was lovely and chatty too. Will be back again for the next room. Thank you all at lynn carpets.

Excellent fitting of our bathroom vinyl- not an easy task

Have used Lynn carpet centre for a no of years as a commercial customer and also on my own home, Prices have always been very competitive and service has always been very good

We first visited the show room of Lynn Carpet Centre several months ago. We were very impressed with the display and samples, especially the Karndean, a product we were most interested in. A survey was carried out by them and the flooring ordered. Since then the flooring has been laid very professionally and to a high standard. All in all the experience was a good one.

We have been loyal customers of Lynn carpet centre. so we chose them again when it was time to change carpets. Good variety of choice and knowledgeable staff. There was minor problems with fitting. Steve was very helpful and acted with great integrity. I cannot recommend them enough

I have dealt with Steve from Lynn Carpets for many years. I find them really helpful and will always go the extra mile. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for new carpets or flooring.

Excellent service

I very rarely write a review of this nature and find it terribly disappointing that I feel so strongly that I want to warn other customers.
We approach Lynn Carpets Centre to replace our stairs and landing carpet. We went through the process of choosing the carpet and was sent a quotation. After this point is where my issue lies…
On receiving the quotation, we then replied giving the go-ahead and hadn’t heard anything for a few days. We then contacted Lynn Carpets Centre to enquire as to if they had received a email and was told yes and that they would be getting back to us again shortly. This came in the way of an email, stating that they would no longer honour the quotation, as in the few weeks that had passed they had taken on large contracts and was now no longer willing to do the job or even give us a future date. Totally bewildered, we yet again phoned Lynn Carpets Centre to discuss the email and was met with a very abrupt response “that it was not up to discussion and that was the end of it! “ totally shocking customer service!! I myself have never in business come across anything like this before and find the whole handling terribly unprofessional and would warn anybody from even wasting their time and efforts.
Again, so utterly disappointed to have to write a review like this about a local company, who we would have liked to have support.

Just had hall, stairs, landing and bathroom carpets fitted from this excellent company. Andrew who fitted the carpets did a first class job. We can highly recommended them.

I have just had my stair carpet fitted with Lynn Carpets and from my quote from Steve, to the fitting, it looks fabulous, always a great look for all flooring from this company, would not hesitate to recommend. Also they keep you informed from start to finish.

Very helpful and obliging. Quick response to enquiries, couldn’t ask for better. Prompt response to the telephone, something lacking today in a lot of organisations.
