They were fast to take my money but never delivered the goods. In spite of their auto notification saying my parcel was delivered.
Total shysters. Don't waste your money.

On order the promised date of delivery was delayed very long.

On arrival, the dress was horrible.
This company is selling misrepresented products and appears to be completely unreliable.

I purchased directly from their website, only to receive a product that does not match what was advertised. When I requested a refund, instead of taking responsibility, they told me to contact a random individual and address in China.

This is unacceptable. As the seller, they are responsible, not the customer. Serious concerns about the legitimacy of this business

From 30th Jan to today 29th March, am still asking for my refund.

I ordered & paid for a dress in early June it took weeks to finally arrive but when it did it was the wrong size & made of cheap flimsy material. I asked to return the dress but was told I couldn’t so as it required sending it to China. Sending to China meant I couldn’t get a guarantee of delivery and my only option was to accept a refund of 35% of the money I paid. The company said they didn’t want the dress back. The company agreed to put the money into my account on 31st July. The refund has never arrived.

This is an awful company, do not use!
I thought I was buying from a UK based company, but when I asked for the return address, they tried to offer a discount if I kept the dress.
I insisted I wanted a refund and they gave me an address of a warehouse in China.
The postage cost over £15 on 7th July, and I still haven’t received my refund.
I have chased many times, and they say they haven’t received the item yet.

Totally agree with other comment.
Absolute rubbish clothing, poor quality and not as described.
Company not based in UK and pictures AI generated (presumably).
Returns…they’ll offer you 15% discount or an exchange as long as you pay postage. If you want to return, you need to send to Asia at your expense. They will then refund the items if they deem it appropriate.
Would be very wary about using this company.
