The method of operation we received is to charge a A* price for C- delivery. The main feature of the works was to have a large area of floor sanded and varnished. Last week some water was dropped and this seeped through into the wood. How is this possible if two coats of varnish had been applied. Be careful you will be promised many things , they will not be delivered. The team is working too many hours and are exhausted so the work starts of great but rapidly drops with too many shortcuts taken. The manager also does not manage. We needed two days to complete snagging on 7 rooms and a hall there had been no prio inspection, just hand it over to the client and see what you can get away with.
