Unfortunately it was a terrible experience from start to finish with Lyons Bowe Solicitors and I would not recommend working with them to purchase a property. For each stage of the process there was a new point of contact which unfortunately led to a loss of communication, errors in documentation, unnecessary delays and poor correspondence which unfortunately cost us unnecessary stress and additional funds. We will never work with Lyons Bowe again and would not recommend them to anyone. The seller had the same solicitor company so the process should have been more efficient but it very disappointing and ended taking 6 months to complete. Post completion they have even requested us to repay them 8.80 GBP which they undercharged us by mistake. Unfortunately there has been no apologies throughout and thus to end like this really is the final nail in the coffin.

Although I was scepticle about not dealing with someone face to face, and filling in forms on line, we definately chose the right company to act on our behalf for the sale of our house, I congratulate Lyons Bow for employing such professional and helpful people, that do a fantastic job and go that extra mile to ensure cutomer satisfaction.
