Very unclear guidance and big fees with little work. We sadly decided to go with Lyons Bowe after recommendations from associates. It turned out to be a very bad choice, after having to fork out £1500 for 1 email from a solicitor. Despite taking out an abortive pledge fee, when our house sale fell through they would not stand by this and instead charged us a fee of £1500 for searches. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation and would not recommend at all.

Lyons Bowe Solicitors were extremely…
Lyons Bowe Solicitors were extremely slow and would keep important information sitting on their desk for a week or two before even looking at it. Information was not relayed at a reasonable pace. Communication was was poor and we were expected to fill out forms without any help from the solicitors, I assumed I was paying the them to handle all my paperwork, but I did a lot of it. I would not recommend Lyons Bowe.
