They also appreciated the service received, describing it as good and great. Several people mentioned that their products arrived in perfect condition, and some were happy with the gummies they gifted to others. Lysa Ritual is a Scandinavian skincare brand on a mission to give people with acne their confidence back. Without painful treatments, without harsh side effects, and without shame. Research shows that the best results come from treating acne both from the inside and the outside. This is where most skincare brands fail. They only focus on one or the other. We built Lysa Ritual around the full picture: the world's first clinically documented acne gummy that actually delivers results, alongside third-party tested creams designed to target active acne and acne scarring on the surface. Our products are the result of 8 years of research, $17M invested, and collaboration with 23 scientists and dermatologists. Our gummy formula contains 12 active ingredients in clinically proven doses, including NAC, zinc picolinate, omega-3, vitamin A, DIM, and probiotic cultures. All working from within to address the hormonal imbalances, inflammation, and bacteria that are the root cause of acne. Our creams complement this by treating the skin externally, fighting active breakouts and fading acne scars. Every product is third-party tested to ensure safety, purity, and effectiveness. In a clinical study with 847 participants, 94% experienced fewer breakouts within 30 days, and 87% reported significantly clearer skin after 60 days. Today, over 100,000 customers have experienced the results for themselves. All our products are natural, vegan, gluten-free, and manufactured in GMP-certified facilities in Scandinavia. We don't want your money if you don't see results. That's why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. In an industry full of empty promises, we let the results speak for themselves. Emma, Co-founder of Lysa Ritual

my first experience was very bad

my first experience was very bad. i ordered the gummies but it came completely different. the packaging has no label, no safety label, no ingredients and allergy labels. It was scary as it is consumable product. I wrote many emails trying to find out why. All i got was a standard response from Agnes and Abilgail. Abi offered me at 20% refund but initially i was still worried as i felt it was a scam. I written to them again and again. Finally, Agnes and Abi refused to even reply my email. i wrote to my bank to complain, i wrote on face book and review , yet no one bother to reply me. Finally Kristen replied me and she promised she will attend to my concerned. Eventually, we came to a mutual agreement. Thanks to Kristen patience. But i will never order Lysa gummies again- i feel what the management done is not right, sending me 3 packets of gummies with no label etc, how can i know if is real or just normal candy gummy. even with the 20% refund, i had no choice but took it as i have been scam getting 3 packets or normal gummies.

Paused Subscription but Still Charged

I tried Lysa Ritual Gummies for acne but didn’t see any results. I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription, but they suggested pausing it instead. I agreed, yet I was still charged again.

I was also informed that the packaging has been changed to a plain silver bag, and some reviews mention there is no ingredient list on it. In addition, the recommended dosage seems to have changed from two gummies a day to one. This lack of clarity is disappointing.

BEWARE

Got my product today. It took about a week. BUT it came in a foil ziplock pouch which was sealed with no ingredient list or proper labeling. All the pouch said was Lysa. The gummies were all stuck together and I’m too scared to take them as they don’t look legit and the lack of labeling is worrisome. There should be product codes and an NPN. BEWARE

Do not ship product

Ordered product from this company on February 13. emailed them a few times with a delayed response about my shipment. It is now March 4 and I still have not received my product. I have now requested a refund from the company since it says that my product has not even shipped yet. We’ll see what happens.
