Hi firstly let me say I love love the fragrances I buy for my melts very strong smelling and lasts long.my only complaint is I sent 2 emails about same thing and both were never answered,my problem is I ordered fragrance oils 2 Alien inspired ones but who ever was doing my order packed me 1 Alien and 1 Alive simple mistake to make as both bottles are same color and start with A .I'm really just looking to be reassured that when I order 2 Alien nxt order this doesn't happen again.plus a lot of your fragrances are sold out a long time any date for when the sold out fragrances will be back

DO NOT BUY OFF THE WEBSITE
I placed an order on 29th July and still have not received it (26/08/24), so I am £40 out of pocket. According to website it was dispatched with Evri, tracking number given on order but Evri say this parcel was never collected by themselves and there is a scam where companies do not send orders out, they just purchase the label. I have left several messages on their 'Contact Us' link and never has a response.

I have purchased lyssium car diffusers through amazon previously and they were amazing. As amazon didn't have the scent I was after this time, I went direct to the lyssium website. I placed an order however two weeks later I am £32 down and have received no confirmation email or delivery. I have attempted to contact them multiple time but have heard nothing from them. If you look at other review sites you will see this is a regular thing. Just wish I had seen those reviews before I bought through the website. Will never buy again. Avoid.

Lyssium fragrance oil is the best fragrance oil I have used. Much nicer perfume than other brands.
Whilst they do a label tool kit it cannot be accessed by phone only desktop. I would find it really useful if CLP labels could be purchased from Lyssium.
