They quickly responded to me by email letting me know what there was an issue in the process on Paypal, and gave me the estimated date for the refund. Keep me updated with all the information and I'm very very satisfied how they handled the issue I had on the refund of the ticket.

I decided to use lyte to resell my tickets to gulf coast jams since I could no longer attend. I thought this was a reliable site since they contacted me via the platform we used to purchase our tickets. We returned the tickets in January and even received a confirmation email in January stating our return would be issued June 5th. On the 5th no refund was issued and like everyone else I was told it was PayPal issues. I responded for more details about this issue and they have NEVER responded! And still NO refund. NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE.

Updating this to say after leaving reviews on numerous platforms and filling a complaint with the better business bureau, I have received my refund.

On May 20th I received an email from…

On May 20th I received an email from Lyte asking me if I wanted to return my VIP tickets for the I Love RnB Festival. Since I wasn’t going to be unable to attend I decided to return them. The email said that I would receive my money via PayPal on May 30th AFTER the festival. On May 30th, I hadn’t received my money so I sent an email with no response. On May 31st, I filed a complaint with the BBB. I sent an email letting Lyte no that I filed a claim and all of a sudden they replied to my email saying that there was an issue with PayPal (which seems to be the excuse that they always use), that had been resolved and that I would receive payment no later than June 7th. Now here it is June 7th and I still haven’t received my money. In the future, if you purchase tickets from them and need to sell them, you’d be better off selling them yourself and not waiting to be be paid out by Lyte. I’ve tagged them and the news on twitter, and I’m about to start social media pages for everyone that has been lied to by Lyte to come together and maybe we can start a class action lawsuit, because they shouldn’t be able to keep our money hostage like this!

Update: As of 10:08 am, June 8,2023, I have finally received payment. My advice to you if you haven’t been paid is to keep pestering them until they pay you what they owe you!

Still have not received my payment

Still have not received my payment. Given the same excuse about Paypal, confirmed with Paypal this was not the case.

It’s been weeks and still no reimbursement in sight.

I just want an honest update here. I trusted this site bc they targeted me through my purchase with See Tickets.

If I get no response from either, I will never be purchasing or selling tickets through either again.

I have already lost nearly $100 because of both sites fees, and not it looks likely another $375 bc they are not refunding the ticket.

Cannot wrap my head around how these sites can charge this much in fees and still not be able to manage things properly.

What exactly are we paying for here?

Sold 4 gulf coast jam tickets back to them for $832. My email confirmation said that I would receive payment June 5th. Never received. Emailed them and they claim “ there was in issue with PayPal” and it will now be June 17th. It’s all BS bc they tell everybody the same thing at different times. Obviously not a trustworthy company and will be leaving reviews everywhere I can until this is resolved.

Payment still not received

I still haven't received a reimbursement for my Bottlerock 2023 tickets, after returning them through Lyte in March and receiving a confirmation that the funds would be delivered on May 31st. I've submitted two service requests now, non of which have been answered.

I bought 1 ticket for GCJ for $356, we decided that we couldn’t go within 24 hours and went to return ticket. They were only gonna give me $140 for it. I figured I would give it to someone and transferred the ticket, Lyte canceled my link. I messaged them and they said there was nothing they could do? What the heck? This company SUCKS! The rip people off. Zero stars…

Bottlerock 2023

Used the service to return two bottlerock tickets and never received the funds via PayPal. Have contacted customer service and no response. They are an official partner which is the only reason I used them, bur given the experience others have shared I question their legitimacy. I’m really upset as I’m out $300.

Lyte resold my ticket that I never tried to sell…

Tried to register my Bottleneck wristband and number wasn't recognized. Went to the Lyte tent at the venue and they told me my ticket had been resold, which I never did! Staff was beyond rude and dismissive, said there was nothing they could do, took my wristband and made me purchase another wristband for $359!!! I got scammed by them and they couldn't have cared less.
