Lytmi Fantasy 3 Backlight defect after 7 months. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a Lytmi Fantasy 3 TV Backlight directly from the seller’s online store and after about 7 months of normal use the product failed completely.

I documented the defect with photos and video evidence and contacted customer support twice, clearly requesting a warranty replacement or refund. Despite providing all necessary proof, I received NO RESPONSE AT ALL!

Even after escalation attempts through my payment provider and the European Consumer Centre, I was left without any support or resolution.

A product failing within the warranty period is already bad, but complete silence from support is unacceptable. This level of after-sales service is UNPROFESSIONAL and leaves the customer completely stranded. STAY AWAY from this company!!!

My Lytmi Fantasy 3 Pro (Order #LM918348)…

My Lytmi Fantasy 3 Pro (Order #LM918348) developed a critical hardware defect (rapid white flashing, unresponsive reset). I have contacted support, marketing, and the website form multiple times since Feb 16th with video proof. No response at all!The device is only 14 months old and should be covered by warranty. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. I will update this review ONLY if Lytmi provides a working solution or replacement.

Lytmi light kits - No support / Warranty

I have purchased two of their light kits, first one is still amazing working on my main tv. Bought the newer Lytmi Fantasy 3 TV Backlight Kit - HDMI for my bar tv, which has died 11 months in. So its still in warranty but their support email replies to nothing. I have mailed from multiple accounts and tried the contact page 3x with zero response. Pretty premium kit and high price, so you are really rolling the dice buying from them. If it fails you will not have any support or warranty.

Product simply doesn’t work :( I’ve tried so many different techniques.

Sadly, too good to be true, I watched all the YouTube vids with these in etc but it just doesn’t work. I have emailed about 6-7 times in a few months and heard nothing each time.

Scam

Scam. My order never came and I emailed them multiple times and no reply. They take my $200 and i never received my items. Tried reviewing on their website but they never posted my reviews. Not a trustworthy company.

Scam, faulty item, don’t deal with them

Item doesn’t sync to tv, been emailing them for 2 weeks for solution. Tried everything, Now I am just being ignored. Cant get my money back. I am going to have to take this further. Scam company please don’t waste your money!!!!
Avoid at all costs.

Purchased ‘Lytmi Neo Sync Box & TV…

Purchased ‘Lytmi Neo Sync Box & TV Backlight Kit - HDMI 2.0’ on the 20th of November 2021 for £193. Arrived late December 2021 and was installed in February 2021. Up until a week ago it worked as intended and I had been very impressed with this kit. However, the lights no longer sync with any screen content and despite two emails to Lytmi support, the only support they offered was to download a newer Lytmi Home App, of which I did. However, this did not rectify the problem. So, I guess if you want to spend almost £200 on sync lights which may or may not work beyond a two-year period and/or with no technical support from the company to resolve any issues you entail, then these are the right lights for you. Personally, I am now upgrading to the Philips Hue Sync Box and Gradient Lights, which although costs double the price as compared to the Lytmi kit, if they last 4 years then I will have broken even. I do not recommend this kit if you expect reliability and value for money.
