I really like the quality of the clothing I ordered/received. The only reason I'm not giving 5-stars is the length of time it took from the time I ordered to the time I received with no status updates in between. I placed my order on 20 Sept and wasn't able to get in touch with anyone for a status update until 06 Nov when I happened upon the indiefit.com email address. But I will say, once I learned of this indiefit.com email address, I was able to receive prompt responses. My completed order arrived on 13 Dec. That seems like a long time to wait, but I do understand things are a bit more challenging with supply chain delays, etc related to COVID-19. My main complaint was the lack of responses to my requests that I sent to rixxmail.com.

Absolute junk! Not anything like the pictures and even worth what little you pay. Worst part, I tried to return my items and multiple email requests went unanswered. What you buy you are stuck with. Regardless of fit.
Don't waste your money!

My first experience with Lyttony was pretty good. The order came a little late, but I was sort of expecting that.
I then proceeded to place two more orders and that's where the trouble has started. I received one of the orders but need to return some of the items. I have emailed them at the email address listed on their website for customer service but I get no response. I paid for both orders thru PayPal and a different email address is listed there so I have sent yet one more email to them regarding this issue. The second order has never come as of yet (it was placed November 1st and it is now Dec 10th) so I will keep on trying to contact them about this order. At this point, I will not ever order from this company again.

I cannot get them to respond so I can return an item, no return address

Bad experience. Don't waste your money on these clothes. The delivery took more than a month. Very expensive for the poor quality.

I placed order in late September 2021 and paid over $100 for three pieces of clothing. After a month I got an email that the items had been shipped. Recent tracking thru USPS proved the items were not shipped. It’s now Nov 9 and still have not received any items. I have emailed several times and finally asked for credit… no response. This is a scam. Cindy

Ok the sweater i ordered were both th only thing is the. Red sweater coat was the wrong size i just would like to exchange for a larger size please send me address to send it back please send the address and if i need a return code thank you Lorenza Sena

Easy to shop, easy to order. Two items were out of stock & I was reimbursed in a timely manner. I love the items I did receive. The down side was my order sat out to sea for two months before it made it to shore.

I ordered three sweaters on sept 15th

Waiting a couple of months for the clothing was a bummer. Thought I wouldn’t get them before winter was over here in California.
When the sweaters arrived, wow!, I was very happily surprised to see the quality, the colors, the size fits, the overall appearance; the sweaters looked to be much more expensive than what I paid for them. I have been disappointed before so this was a wonderful treat. I will now continue to buy clothing from your company as I now know that I can trust you to sell quality merchandise for reasonable prices.

The clothing is great. The only down fall is that it took a really long time to arrive and they don’t answer emails but other than that I love it

Experience very good. Got what I expected.

I ordered four shirts from Lyttony ; received them with good timing. The problem was they sent three of the shirts I ordered and paid for, they actually sent two of the same shirt and I did not receive my fourth shirt. I have emailed them several times Attempting to receive an address to return the shirt that they sent two of and ask about the shirt that I have not received. It has been over two weeks now and I still have not heard a word from this company. I would love to know how to contact them if anyone has a phone number that is legit! My order # is 2032280! If anyone Can help me I would really appreciate it. The three shirts that I did receive are adorable and fit great! I will not order from this company again though if this isn’t resolved!!

I have been contacting you for 3 weeks trying to get a return authorization. The 2 items I ordered I ordered in a size larger than I take. Both items were way too small and I need to return them. If I don't hear from you I am going to dispute this sale thru my credit card. I think the 30 days has expired but I have been as I said for 3 weeks with no results, Barbara Dutra
