Absolute sham!

Worst experience ever. Ordered 18.10.25. Arrived 5.11.2025. contacted them on the 6th Nov to get the items returned (shocking quality and too small sizes - look like all made in China, fabric terrible). I have sent over 30 emails. Got one reply asking why I wanted to return, and heard nothing back from them. Trying to dispute now with my bank - but it has wasted SO much time and effort. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not purchase from Lyxa Melbourne as…

Do not purchase from Lyxa Melbourne, they will not refund after numerous attempts by email. Lyxa Melbourne have no phone contact and they are not located in Australia, all clothing is of cheap quality and takes weeks to receive order m.

Ghosted me! Chinese office not Australian.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The dress was faulty and they asked me to post the item to their China office or accept a 5% refund (YES 5%!!!). I posted the item back which cost me $30 and sent them a photo as requested with a tracking number. Since the item arrived in China they have ghosted me. Multiple emails and no response. Disgusting customer service.
I purchase online all the time and I’ve never had an issue. They advertise they are local, when in fact they are from China. Avoid at all costs!
