Poor quality and shady business practices
They resolved my issue eventually, but they don't appear to be aware of UK distance selling regulations. So, don't let them fob you off with 'final sales' or 'no refunds or exchanges' they have to refund, by law, within 14 days of receipt if the items aren't suitable, or if you simply change your mind. The portal on the website will not let you initiate returns for items marked as 'no refunds or exchanges' they will only offer you a full refund if you threaten them with your rights via their email or chat line. This practice is incredibly shady and reflects very badly on the company. Honestly, the swimwear I received was poor, cheap quality and shipped from China (paid for 3-4 day postage, it took week to arrive...) where human rights are not valued. I will never buy from this company again.
