Is 22Bet a scam?

I am a fully verified user of 22Bet. My gaming ID is 1213826949. I deposited 14,000 BDT and have wagered more than that amount, fulfilling all withdrawal conditions.

However, I have tried to withdraw money to my bKash account 8–10 times, and every request has been rejected without explanation.

I contacted live chat multiple times. First, they told me to wait 4–5 hours—did that, still rejected. Then they told me to wait 10–12 hours—same result. I emailed support and got the same copy-paste responses.

This is causing me serious mental stress and financial loss.

Am I ever going to receive my money, or am I being scammed?

I deposit money, but 22BET never put me in my account, they are theifs, they are no serious company, the support client, is very bad, you can't speak with live agent, only machine agent, is very very bad company. I deposit 100 euros, and 22bet never put me in my account, always i call , always i send mail, but imposible.

I am a VIP member there for a long time (since 2020.), it started well, they have very fast withdraw time, money can be on your account in couple of minutes after withdrawing it from the site, and thats more or less only positive side of this site.
- support is absolutely arrogant and has 0 clue about almost all the rules, they always re-direct you to "official email support" on which you wait 48 hours per response, so for example if you ask for something, and you didnt get an answer on your first try - good luck it may take weeks then.

- they will make up rules along the way, your bets that should have been won are settled as "lost" due to them changing the rules of the bet at that moment.

- dealers hitting magic 7-8 carded 21's all the time. Not even gonna try to explain this, have seen it live and happened to me multiple time in same session as well. Almost always when you increase your bet - you get scooped up.

- all the bonuses for sports betting MUST be re-rolled 3x or 5x. So if you get a 100€ bonus on sports betting - you have to re-roll it (bet it) 3x or 5x. If you manage to do that in designated time (7 days after bonus received) - in the end only the original 100€ can be paid out to your main account, everything else from the bonus account (in my case, over 1000€ after all my bets have been won) will just be deleted, they only let you keep the 100€.

All in all, with them making up the rules as they please, to ignoring facts and stated rules, there is 0 chance of you winning anything here. Stay away from this site. 22bet has also been banned in many EU countries, you will have problems with your bank as well. Since few days they changed their domain to "bestwinzzz.com" which is very sketchy as well.

I was about to withdraw my money which is less than all my deposited fund and they just refused. They've said that I can't used my current account which I used to deposit my fund, instead they advised me to deposit again a fund using alternative option and have screenshot and submit to their security group for confirmation and approval for the next withdrawal. Weird right?
