Kabbee changed the cab company last…

Kabbee changed the cab company last minute. driver got to me 1/2 hour late. Had no sense of urgency driving to the airport. I ended up losing my flight. Spend £600 buying another ticket. Not reliable.

It appears Kabbee is holding my community’s money ransom! Says I’ve “uploaded credit” - I believe this is duplicitous and absolutely misselling and I will be looking into getting my money back - as I was very much led to believe I was “paying for a service” - ie a cab firm - that was listed as offering the journey I was enquiringly about - I was not given any notice of “crediting” or donating to this company - I wanted a cab not a credit service how’s that going to get the passenger from A to B....

Useless and very suspect business practice I think trading standards should look into this quite seriously as I see the same complaint from others

Give me my community’s money back! It’s not mine it belongs to the local government, Hounslow. I’m sure their trading standards would be interested to hear what you’re doing.

If it was clearly laid out that you must add credit in order to book the journey that would give the customer choice whether to use this facility - or if a terms of service pop up came up - but it’s definitely designed to lead people into believing they’re booking a cab through Kabbee broker website not Kabbee cab credit website - obviously I won’t be recommending anyone to use your service
