I needed to replace the battery on my laptop, but being nearly 82 years of age, was unsure what to do. So, I went to M2 (who I have used before). What can I say? Just brilliant! Excellent job done, very quick, excellent price. Would thoroughly recommend.

Above all, James of M2 Computer Services is kind! He helped my elderly mum sort out issues with her laptop. He is a good listener who puts you at your ease whilst talking you through what he is doing to remedy your IT problems. Excellent service. Highly recommended!

One day, a disaster happened: both of my fans on my Lenovo Legion decided to stop working at all. I found on the map the M2 service, and came to James’ office. He happened to be a very attentive and positive man. He ordered completely new fans for my laptop and provided a full diagnostic for my cooling system. He provided a detailed (photos/videos) report on every operation, which he performed for the cooling system. In addition, he tested the whole cooling system for hours and only then informed me that my laptop was ready for pickup. James provides truly amazing and professional service.

Brilliant service from James, issue was sorted and remedied very quickly, couldn't wish for better service.

James was helpful from the start, amd explained the likely scenarios at play and likely costs.
He managed to backup my files amd mend the laptop for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again.
