Would not use again, unprofessional and slow. Verging on dishonest.

Generally I try to be positive with companies, especially around busy periods but honestly I would never use this company again.

I understand there have been bank holidays, delays etc with Christmas but this could have been a much better experience if there was care and understanding from m3rcury.

I placed an order late on the 18th December. Plenty of time before Christmas. I opted for next day delivery but there was also a note on the page stating 4-6 days for dispatch. This made it a tight ask for Christmas delivery (understandably) but the item was in stock and I went with faster delivery.

I messaged m3rcury on instagram for an update and was told that despite the item showing as in stock, they were not yet delivered from America!! Why list an item you don’t have in stock? I accepted this and was told it would be early the following week (22nd) and it would be dispatched next day delivery when it arrived. That’s great as I still had a chance for Xmas delivery or at the worst, just after Xmas day.

Christmas came and went and I sent 3 unanswered messages on instagram and finally got a reply to my fourth message on the 30th December. I was told that “DPD didn’t collect the item on the Monday (much later than I was told it would be dispatched) or the Tuesday so they would take it Wednesday”. Once again I had selected next day delivery and instead of realising on the Monday that it wasn’t collected and acting with care and sending Tuesday for Wednesday delivery, they just didn’t bother and sent it late on Wednesday, missing that day collection, meaning it wouldn’t be delivered until Monday 5th January.

I understand there are postal delays around Christmas and new year but why list an item you don’t have, why wait 2 full days to send when DPD didn’t collect and why ignore so many messages on instagram? Very unprofessional and I would not use again sadly. It’s a shame as I thought I had found a long term supplier but that won’t happen now.

I see the seller often replies back to poor reviews on here, so when you do I would like you to answer the following.

Why would you list an item that you don’t physically have in stock? Or at least note this on the listing? The listing said in stock and made it seem like you physically had the item.

When did the items actually land with you? You said “early next week” indicating Monday 22nd onwards. Even if they arrived Wednesday, you could have had these sent before Xmas day and delivery to me would have happened between Xmas and New Year. Yet your delays mean I’m still waiting.

Why did it take you two days of DPD not collecting to finally have the initiative to take this to the drop off? Surely if they didn’t come on the Monday, you could have taken the item Tuesday?

Why did you wait until AFTER the cut of time on the Wednesday to drop off? Knowing this was already delayed by DPD not collecting?

Why did you ignore 3 instagram messages (your only contact method I can see on your page) and only reply to the fourth (to which I replied and have had nothing back)?

During this whole process I have ordered from another company (collectors kingdom) and they fulfilled my order within 2 days yet m3rcury still haven’t managed to get my items to me from the 18th December. Take note m3rcury, do better.

1. Product & processing time
Part of your order contained a brand new English Union Arena release. This product is a North America–exclusive release that launched mid-December and therefore must be shipped from our suppliers in North America to the UK, which is standard and well understood within the hobby. As clearly stated in the product description and our shipping policy, this item carried a 4–6 working day processing time, which was also reiterated in our Instagram conversation.

2. Delivery service vs processing time
You selected DPD Next Day Delivery, which applies once an order has been dispatched. This does not override the processing time shown on the listing. Your order was processed, packed, and dispatched within 5 working days, fully in line with the stated timeframe.

3. Expectations around Christmas
Your order was placed on 18 December, shortly before the DPD cut-off for pre-Christmas next day delivery, and during the busiest retail period of the year. While we understand the hope for delivery before Christmas, this was realistically unlikely and was communicated clearly. Despite this, we processed your order earlier than required in an effort to get it to you as quickly as possible.

4. Dispatch & courier handover
Your parcel was packed early and a shipping label was created on 23 December, with a collection arranged for the next working day. When the scheduled collection did not take place, we ensured the parcel was handed over directly so it entered the courier network without further delay. The order was not processed late and remained within the stated timeframe throughout.

5. Communication channels
Instagram is one of our communication channels, but it is not our only contact method. We also provide a contact form on our website’s “Contact Us” page, as well as a customer service email address, which is clearly included in the order confirmation email. Updates were provided... repeated messages requesting the same information did not alter the timeline already communicated.

6. Review responses
We respond to all reviews, positive and negative, as part of maintaining transparency.

We appreciate that waiting during the Christmas period can be frustrating. However, this order was processed within the timeframe shown on the listing, dispatched using the selected delivery service, and handled with care (including steps taken beyond what was required to speed things up where possible).

We’re sorry this experience didn’t align with your expectations, but we stand by the accuracy of our listing, our communication, and the way this order was fulfilled.

Brought x12 Pokemon Inferno X booster…

Brought x12 Pokemon Inferno X booster boxes. Delivery was fast, well packaged and arrived in good condition!
Good communication from the seller, upgraded shipping due to the total free of charge.
Boxes are all originally sealed and the boxes and shrink wrap in mint condition.
Reasonable price for each box.

I have opened 6 of these boxes, pulled an SAR charizard which has been graded and got a 10. Also pulled 2 Gold charizards in the 5th and 6th boxes which have been sent off to grading!
What a bunch of boxes you sent me, do I open the rest because of how good they have been! 🔥🔥

Poor Communication, Slow Dispatch, and Concerning Business Transparency

I recently made a purchase of the Union Arena: Hunter x Hunter Vol.2 (UEX04BT) Booster Box and the Union Arena: Black Clover (UE08BT) Booster Box from this seller. Their advertised processing and dispatch policy states orders are “typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.” Unfortunately, this was not the case.

It took 15 days for the seller to drop the items off at a Royal Mail post office. During this time, the only action taken was printing a shipping label — the tracking status remained as “Royal Mail awaiting item.”

After seeing no progress, I contacted the seller via Instagram (as no phone number or email is provided). Only then did they respond, explaining there was a “minor issue” with the Black Clover Booster Box. They offered to send the Hunter x Hunter box first and the Black Clover one the following week, but I confirmed I was happy to wait for both to be shipped together.

By the following Wednesday, there was still no update or tracking movement, so I reached out again through Instagram. The message was read but not responded to. Strangely, 2 hours and 36 minutes after my message was seen, the tracking updated — showing that the items had finally been dropped off at the post office. I received the package that Friday.

While the items did arrive, I found the entire experience disappointing. The lack of proactive communication, failure to meet their stated dispatch timeframe, and avoidance of direct responses created unnecessary frustration.

Additionally, I noticed that the company addresses listed on eBay, Trustpilot, and the return label are all different, which raises concerns about business transparency. This inconsistency, combined with the communication issues, has left me feeling uneasy and questioning the legitimacy of the products.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience, but we’d like to clarify several key points that have been misrepresented in this review.

Your order was placed on October 1st, and while our general dispatch policy states “orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days,” the product listings you purchased clearly stated a longer processing time of "4–6 business days" (as noted directly on our shipping policy page). This means your expected dispatch date would have been around October 9th thus receiving it around 13-14th October.
During that period, we informed you via Instagram that one of your items (the Black Clover Booster Box) had encountered a short delay. We offered you two options:
1. Ship the Hunter x Hunter box immediately and the Black Clover box the following week, or
2. Wait until the week commencing 13th to have both shipped together.

You confirmed you preferred to wait for both items to be shipped together... which we respected.

A Royal Mail collection was arranged at the start of the following week, but unfortunately, Royal Mail did not collect until Wednesday, which was outside of our control. Your package was delivered on Friday, confirmed both by Royal Mail tracking and by your own review.

To clarify, our registered business address is consistent across all platforms, including eBay, Trustpilot, and our return labels... there are no discrepancies or transparency issues.

Finally, to imply that a minor dispatch delay is connected to product legitimacy is completely unfounded. We source all of our products directly from verified distributors, and our supply chains have been reviewed and approved by major platforms such as Shopify, eBay, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. We have never sold counterfeit or unauthorised goods.

For clarity, a chargeback was initiated after delivery was confirmed, claiming non-receipt. We have provided full tracking documentation to your payment provider to ensure a fair resolution.
We take transparency and reliability seriously and sincerely appreciate customers who review us accurately and in good faith.

available item not available. Even spoke about delivery issues through ebay page and restocking of items, the refusal to communicate, not good form for a business.
Request to cancel was declined even though the order hadn't been updated or shipped and no tracking information given even after 4 days.
Expect delay on shipping times.
They do have disclaimers on their website but not on Ebay page so be careful some items may not be easily available or sent out as quickly as we would all like, you will be told to wait your turn basically.
When questioned no response!!

Order process is slow & disingenuous | Labels created only to prevent order cancellation

Beware of order processing times, and please understand that when buying through Shopify, or Tiktok/instagram etc. that your order will be delayed, the seller will decline cancellation requests due to orders being "Shipped" but this will in fact just be label creation, and nothing actually reaching the Courier or even being dropped off.

By creating the label it will mark it as dispatched and automatically disqualify cancellation, despite the fact nothing has been packaged, sent, dropped off, scanned etc.

I also run a small business, and dispatch and shipping is one of the primary ways to increase repeat custom whether I'm taking 15 trips a day or 1 trip a day, creating a label and not dispatching anything to prevent cancellation is poor form, and a scummy way to conduct business.

Prices are fine so adding a star, but not enough to compete in the space when you can order from plenty of others who will get orders out the door.
