My son recently purchased a custom nerf blaster. After reading reviews on trustpilot I was convinced he had just been scammed out of his birthday money. He was so excited with 2 weeks later it arrived and was everything he wanted! It is really powerful and accurate. My husband added a scope. He loves it!

The product catalog is very confusing：put a Lazer tag toy gun with accessories under one page with miss leading price /discount information, e.g. the Lazer gun is out of stock but accessories there, meant to buy a discounted Lazer tag but end up with some accessories only.

SCAM company.
Scam site that pretends to send the item but never does. Multiple seemingly unrelated companies registered to their address all different directors. Address is in Leicester but is a terrace house. They are registered with companies house under a PO box. phone number has a Newcastle area code and their "WhatsApp" number is a China area code. Trustpilot reviews warning they are a scam and the good reviews are fakes. Reddit posts warning that they are a scam and you never receive your items but they string you along forever, etc. Chargeback proceedings can begin with the bank if you explain your reasoning and that the vendor isnt giving you your item or a refund after a reasonable time has passed.

The spare part I bought works correctly, the price is very affordable, the delivery was made in Mexico City in the agreed time, I highly recommend it.
The only bad thing is that they do not ship gel blaster guns to Mexico, only spare parts.

I asked for a instructions on how to take apart a dk05 and change gears. I literally got a video, strait from the workers there took the time and show me. Not a you tube video a hey I'm gonna grab an employee here and make a video. Amazing. Thank you.

I was a bit nervous ordering from China as I have had issues before with products not arriving, item quality, issues with an item or returning an item. I also was concerned that I could not use PayPal as this is my usual method of dealing with vendors, both home a abroad. I order the JM M4A1 Gen 9 J9 Gel Blaster V2 on July 30 and it arrived August 16. Really not bad as the item was coming from China and had to go through customs. The tracking was also fairly accurate although always a couple days after the fact. The JM M4A1 Gen 9 J9 Gel Blaster V2 itself was as promised and as described on their web site. The price was certainly competitive and include free shipping. I'm new to gel blasters so it was a bit challenging to figure out how to attach the stock tube to the receiver. Be sure you have a long shaft phillips head screw driver on hand. The instructions are in Chinese but the photos help. My next issue was that it was not clear how to load the magazine (videos I'd seen showed a trap door on the magazine but I could not find one). I emailed M416GelBlaster and they responded within a couple hours asking for a picture of what I was explaining. In the meantime I had Googled the issue and resolved the problem (the trap door is actually under the electrical contacts on the magazine). I thanked M416GelBlaster for their quick response but told them I had resolved the issue. They quickly responded back that they were happy the problem was resolve... bottom line... they quickly respond to customer queries.

This is my first gel blaster but the blaster performed as expected. Some pellets come out straight as an arrow while others veered sharply from the point of aim. Still... from my experiences in airsoft, this is expected without using some type of hop up device. The rifle appears quite well made and there are plenty of videos out there showing how to repair or upgrade this rifle. I felt the item had good value for the money, the company was honest and responsive.

UPDATE:
After firing about 5 magazines the rifle stopped working. I recharged the batteries but still not working. When I prime the magazine I can hear the motor running but when I pull the trigger nothing happens. The gun is non functional. I contacted the company who asked that I send them a video of the malfunction. They replied that the problems is that I need to use higher quality gel balls. I pointed out to them that I was using the balls they supplied and that regardless of the balls I might use the rifle will not feed or fire them. I have asked for either a replacement or refund. They supposed 30 day satisfaction guarantee with them providing a mailing label. I will keep you up to date as to progress.

Final update. After reviewing the video I sent them M416GelBlaster suggested I use higher quality gel balls. I replied to them that, in truth, I was using the gel balls they had included with the rifle. Even that would be a moot point as the rifle, at this point, was not feeding or firing any gel balls. Within a couple hours of my reply M416GelBlaster issued a full refund, telling me I did not need to return the rifle. I waited a couple days to be sure the refund hit my card and yes, I received a full refund. Since I have the rifle, and I also have my refund I intend to review all the YouTube videos to attempt a repair.

BOTTOM LINE... It does take a week or two to receive this item from China, actually quite quick considering shipping and customs. The item appears as advertised and is well made, for the price. Although I experienced a problem with mine, M416GelBlaster acted quickly and effectively to resolve my issue. I would do business with them again... they appear reputable and interested in providing good service and customer satisfaction.

My experience with the item I purchased was great. It was really good to get a firm grip on this and made me feel whole. Big hands small hands all the same you could really get a good hold and secure firmly. Great quality and top notch set.
