Martyn and Aaron have been absolutely brilliant! They went out of their way (literally travelling 100s of miles!) to install our Tepeo Zero Emission Boiler when we struggled to find a local installer. They have a great work ethic, their quality of work is fantastic and they are super nice guys!

Great Job - Replaced Gas boiler with a ZEB for Heating and SUNAMP for Hot Water

Martyn and Aaron (M4RT) replaced our central heating gas boiler with a TEPEO ZEB heat battery for central heating, and a SUNAMP THERMINO 150 EPLUS heat battery for hot water. We are now gas free!

They arrived on time for the initial survey, advising on what would be needed for the installation of a ZEB and SUNAMP, and promptly provided a detailed quotation.

Once we agreed a date to go ahead with the installation, they turned up on time each day and kept going for 5 days until the work was done.

They were a pleasure to have in the house. They were hard working, going the extra mile until the job was done right. They did an outstanding quality job, cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day.

They were obviously dedicated to doing an excellent professional job and listening to what we wanted. They included us in each step of the process, from quotation to installation to commissioning and post installation follow up.

If you are looking to move away from gas towards a zero carbon home, then a ZEB and a SUNAMP is an excellent alternative to a heat pump.

We'd highly recommend Martyn (M4RT) services any day of the week.

Mart replaced our gas combi boiler with a tepeo ZEB heat battery and Sunamp Thermino hot water heat battery. We are now free of gas in our home and, although it's early days, all the signs are good. It's so much easier to see how much energy we are using. Mart and his son turned up early each day during the installation, put in full days and kept going for 4 days until the work was done. He explained everything that needed to be done and I'm confident the work has been done to a high standard. They even tidied up the existing plumbing that wasn't due to be replaced. I'd recommend M4rt any day of the week.

Martyn arrived when he said he would, advised us on which sunamp to choose and what we would need for the installation. Once we agreed to go ahead, the job was done on time and very efficiently. Martyn and Aaron were a pleasure to have in the house and they did an outstanding job, even cleaning up after themselves and leaving everything sparkling. Martyn has endless patience for my questions and called 2 days after the install to make sure everything was working well. I am super glad we chose M4rt to do the job, initially chose them because they were the nearest listed in the sunamp website, but I really don't think we could have done better. Oh and our dog loved them too, which any dog person knows, means they are cool too :)

What can I say, thank you Martyn and Arron for your hard work dedication professionalism and going the extra mile when needed to fit my Tepeo Zeb boiler it is so gratifying that you guys are not happy until it’s done right with no exceptions.
I wholeheartedly recommend these guys unbelievable in what they do. Really I should do a bad review so I can keep them to myself.

I was recommended M4rt for replacement of our Gas Combi Boiler with a ZEB and Sunamp Thermino in order to move away from gas to provide central heating and hot water to our four bedroom house.

Martyn, who runs M4rt was so obviously committed to doing not just an excellent job but listening to what I wanted and including me at each step of the process, from planning and quotation time, where he explained the various options and their benefits, to installation where he made sure that his team worked to the same high standards and approach as he does. After completion of the job, he spent time explaining how to get the best from the system, and the team cleaned up immaculately and even polished the copper pipes. Thanks too to Wayne and Aaron, for their part in great job done.

I would recommend M4rt's services wholeheartedly, and if you are looking to move towards a zero carbon home the ZEB is an excellent alternative to a heat pump.

Fitting our Mixergy tank and Tepeo boiler was a breeze. Always on time, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, tidy, quick, and answering any questions after the installation. They don’t just do the work and leave you to it.
We can’t recommend them more highly.

The Tepeo website says casually that the ZEB it is easy to install. Like most things in life that look easy, it's only because the people making it look easy work really hard and have years of experience. Martyn, and his son, Aaron, are examples of these people.

Day 1 was removal of our old Potterton gas boiler, (which had given years of reliable, and horrendously inefficient service), and flushing years of black sludge out of the pipes.

Day 2 and the ZEB arrived, which was inched into a very small cubby hole by an incredible team from Tepeo. Martyn and Aaron rearranged the old pipe work and connected it to the ZEB.

Day 3, Martyn and Aaron once again travelled nearly a hundred miles to come and commission the new boiler and go through all the technical information.

By the end of the 3 days, Martyn and Aaron were like a couple of old friends paying a visit. Very experienced, easy to talk to, and always happy to answer any questions. And Martyn was right about the ZEB. I was stunned at how quickly and efficiently it heated the radiators. We are now eagerly awaiting winter to put it through its paces.

Martyn and his son Aaron installed a Tepeo ZEB boiler for us in our old Welsh cottage. They flushed the alarming amount of gunk from our radiator system, and worked painstakingly to ensure our new setup would work perfectly. They were unfailingly polite and helpful, keeping me informed as to what they were doing, and leaving the place clean and tidy each day of a three day process. I would heartily recommend them, their work ethic and the standard of the installation is truly impressive, and they were a pleasure to have around.

Excellent service, clear explanation of work with consideration to our preferences on the job. Martyn and Aaron installed a Tepeo ZEB for us over a two day period. Even though the job was a bit tricky with the space they managed to fit it in perfectly and finish all the work on time. They even came back for a 3rd day to check another part of my system for me at short notice and took out an old fire place.

From the beginning we were very impressed with Martyn's help and enthusiasm to install a Tepeo ZEB for us, making sure our spring-fed water supply was appropriate.
He and son Aaron(Arran?) were prompt, efficient, tidy, courteous and genial. As an engineer himself, hubby is very fussy about detail. I am extremely pleased to report that he found their work exceptional :)

I can thoroughly recommend Martin, he is professional and friendly. Martin installed a Tepeo ZEB for us and we found him very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Martin goes the extra mile to help customers too. We had a problem with our water heater, nothing to do with the ZEB, Martin came over and sorted out the problem quickly despite it being inconvenient to him.

Martyn travelled half-way across the country to dig us out of a hole after two more local plumbers turned out to be useless.
He installed a Tepeo ZEB and some modifications to the old system to suit it, got everything set up with the minimum of fuss. Friendly, professional, and knows his trade.

Martyn and his son fitted a Tepeo ZEB and Mixergy cylinder for us. We were supposed to be having these installed in January, but when our current boiler died mid December, Martyn pulled out all the stops for us to have these installed before Christmas. We trusted Martyn from first meeting, he was informative, constantly in touch and the installation itself excellent. They were a pleasure to have in the house.
We really appreciated Martyn and Aaron travelling such a distance and just before Christmas. Many thanks again for our warm house and hot showers!!! :-)

Martyn did a great job installing our new Tepeo zero emissions boiler. He also modified existing pipework to change the system from an old Rayburn fed central heating system to the new system, installed a new pump, new radiator & replaced some thermostatic valves on some of the existing radiators. Martyn's customer service & attention to detail was second to none from the outset. On completion of each phase of the work he contacted us to check that everything was working well. We have no hesitation in recommending him & will definitely use him again. We have already passed on his details to other family members.

Martyn Jones helped us move away from burning fossil fuels this week, by fitting a tepeo ZEB (Zero Emission Boiler) to our 1980s, 3-bed bungalow in Shropshire. Martyn capped off our gas supply, removed our old Potterton heat-only boiler, and bricked up the old flue with bricks matched to the wall around it. He thoroughly power flushed our system out, including climbing into the loft to clean the header tank, as well as changing out a few leaky radiator valves, and fitting some lagging where it was missing from critical pipes. Martyn moved the existing magnetic filter to where it should be on the return pipes before connecting up the ZEB, and bleeding the system to ensure we had immediate heat. He quickly commissioned the ZEB using the tepeoPRO mobile app, confirming that every aspect of the installation was correct, and I'm really happy to say that we're now a gas-free household. Martyn has been very easy to work with, communicating quickly, and can clearly deal with any aspect of a heating system that needs attention. I look forward to bringing Martyn in again as we continue to update and future-proof our house.
