Non delivery
I ordered 2 af400 ninjas from this company through the klarna app, to be delivered today. I have rang and there is no such number I have emailed the company by replying to the dispatch emails and also emailed the courier. And received no reply from anyone. I have contacted klarna and paused future payments. If there is any further update I will review again.
Update (28th august 23)
I have received an email from Klarna today to say they are still investigating through a 3rd party. Will update again when I have further info.

I’d possible I would give zero stars. This is a scam I paid on my credit card for a ninja air fryer, what a surprise no Ninja has turned up. Website looks really good, have emailed and been on live chat and had no response. DO NOT USE

Sadly i HAVE ALSO BEEN SCAMMED, they take orders and never deliver anything and promise a refund. Weird as they are listed and seem ok, I did some simple checks with company house. Very annoying. Disgusting behavior. Will be going through the channels to find out what they are about!

Do not buy of these scamming b@@@@@@s, ordered a fridge freezer via Klarna app on 25/6/23 was given tracking number told delivery will be 10/7/23 no reply to emails, nothing. Courier company they use was dissolved in 2022, luckily my bank gave me the money back while they investigate them

Wished I’d seen these reviews before I ordered an air fryer. Had an email saying it’ll be delivered 10/7/23 now the phone number is dead and no reply to my emails.. Hoping it’s an error but will have to start the refund process through my bank. Strange as they are registered ok with company house and found them via Pricerunner

Scam scam scam!!! Run!
Ordered a Henry vacuum cleaner since 21st of June! Up to now I haven’t seen anything . They keep changing the delivery date.
First to 30th of June
Was later told 3rd of July
Till now I haven’t received anything!!
If they later refund my money I’m coming to write a better review!
If not! Let the dragging continue
I’m just getting started.
