Misleading fizzy drinks !
They mislead what they sell - the whole point was to send fizzy drinks we cannot get in the UK. I complained and complained… they do not accept the issue. Awful customer service. Only given me part refund. I want would like a full refund for wasting my time and effort with messaging you.
Awful service - I will not be buying from you again.

Basically scammed me
Was sent the wrong items (24x out of production/hard to find drinks at a premium cost). Was sent a similar drink that is similar and readily available at any supermarket for cheaper.
Emailed them twice without reply. (Waited a week)
I then opened a PayPal dispute which took them several weeks to respond to. Their response was to send the drinks back AT MY EXPENSE (due to size/weight was going to cost me just shy of £10).
It worked out that the amount I'd get as a refund was not worth it after the cost of shipping. I suspect this is why they stated the drinks had to be returned before a refund - a common Chinese scam tactic as they know it will cost too much. Playing the system basically.

I recently ordered a case of Big Red chewing gum from maaabs, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The delivery was super quick, and I was impressed with how carefully everything was packed. It felt like they really cared about making sure my order arrived in perfect condition. Plus, the price was very reasonable, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I'm really satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be ordering from maaabs again. Highly recommend them!
