I would STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND them
I would STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND these people for your appliance service. I had a HARD TIME dealing with them. I approached them for one appliance repair (drainage issue) at the Halifax location. It was agreed to $79 for the diagnosis and discussed not to repair without asking the owner for further repair. Their technician came, and without asking the owner did the further repair and charged $180 (the price, which was almost half the cost of the appliance). The issue was just about the water drainage, which resulted in a poor smell, and he had to clean the drainage or change the pipe; that's it. The tech had a look and said he would come after a few days to fix the pipe. I complained about not asking and taking the higher charge to the receptionist. And after that, the tech and the centre blocked my call. I called Alex (Senior Tech) in Toronto, who spoke rudely with me, cut the phone twice, and asked me to deal with the tech on my own. This was VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. All of them (Alex, the receptionist, and the tech) could hardly speak English well. I had to call more than 15 times to speak with the receptionist to connect with the tech, which happened after these many calls and waiting for about a month. This gave me a NIGHTMARE.
They are HIGHLY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL people, charging high prices, not giving quality, not taking responsibility for anything, disrespecting clients, blocking calls, and so on.
PLEASE find someone else if you want to stay out of trouble.
P.S. If you see it closely, there are spelling errors on their website too, which shows unprofessionalness.
