We have been with Mabo for the past four years and have been very impressed with their communication. We are particularly pleased with our account manager, Bethan. She reacts swiftly to the ever-changing Google Ads landscape and works closely with us to ensure our marketing efforts deliver strong returns.

We have had Mabo manage our Adwords account for 5+ years with a current spend at £27k a month.

Initially managed by Caroline (who was wonderful) and then after a short break of managing it ourselves we returned back with some major campaign issues as well as high overspending and underperformance.

Lois has been outstanding managing the account issues and putting a plan together with Elliott to get the account back to where it was and also putting some very realistic goals together and hitting projected targets the business needs in these tough and challenging times.

Lois has been exceptional throughout and used her expertise and dedication particularly in concentrating on higher value orders and revenue which is what our business needs.
We have been kept updated on any necessary changes and also offering valuable suggestions to enhance the profitability of our campaigns moving forward.

Mabo has played a key role in driving our online growth. After strong early results from PPC management, we expanded our partnership to include Meta paid ad management. Lois and Ryan have become a valued extension of our in-house marketing team, with regular communication around performance and opportunities. We’re confident in our ability to continue scaling our online business with Mabo’s support.

Decided to give Mabo a try seeing as they have some good reviews and was genuinely hoping they would help improve our already good performing google Ads. The outline was we asked to maintain current standing and try to build on what we had already. It was made clear that we cannot mess up what sales we were already generating from the campaigns. Unfortunately this was not the case, Mabo's team made lots of automated changes to our accounts and removed 2 of our main keywords on broad that were providing most of the sales. Plus the drastic changes made caused Google back into re-learning and our sales dropped from a solid £20k-30k a month to £3740 in September Oct £6400. They also made dramatic changes to our budgets, which again also not only made our account overspend but forced google back into re-learning. After numerous calls and emails, I asked not to make any dramatic changes without my knowledge. Again it happened with budget changes from £45 per day for our PMAX to £290 a day. This was the last straw for me, and I had to cut ties with company. Since leaving we have managed to take it back in house, and seen massive improvements.

I’ve worked with Mabo for many years, and my experience with them has always been excellent. Over the past year especially, I’ve had a great working relationship with Sam, who has been consistently proactive and supportive.

We had weekly calls to review budgets, performance, and any ongoing projects, and Sam was always on top of every detail. He provided tailored reports, valuable insights, and kept me up to date with the latest advertising technologies.

I’m genuinely grateful for the support and professionalism I’ve experienced with Mabo over the years, and I highly recommend them.
