At first I was skeptical about the seriousness of the application, especially since it promised money on the go. I started as a game, especially since I am an active person who walks quite a lot. I was amused by the coin hunt and other tasks. I tried withdrawals a few times but I didn't understand the mechanism and I thought it was a scam. I kept saying that I would reach a threshold and if I couldn't withdraw I would uninstall it. The surprise was major when I made the withdrawal and I was notified almost instantly that the money had entered my account even though I had set the waiting time to 15 business days as the payment deadline. An application that gets you out of the house. Congratulations

Rewards and Missions
I love the graphics of it. Cute and I enjoy validating my steps daily. However, some missions are not able to complete. For example: "complete a free offer" but there are no free offers at all for me to complete. Then I can't move on to the next one. More vouchers choices would be good too

Macadam experience
I like the variety of being able to collect coins and it rewards you for doing lots of steps rather than just 5000. However the new map coin changes I don’t like with the random amounts and also it took me several weeks to be able to cash out recently saying that you’d reached your quota despite logging on at exactly 11am.

What makes the experience so great is that I have been having some medical issues and when they started Macadam 3x points on games. It really gave me something to look forward too. Cash out worked once
Cash out worked once. Since then no joy. You have to wait until a Monday morning to attempt to cash out and even then they go fairly quickly. Once you have gained a slot to cash out you have to provide your bank's IBAN and BIC numbers. I have tried twice with my bank and it's been rejected. Support said try another bank which I've done and that has now been rejected. Support cannot tell me why.

A good way to earn a little bit of pocket money. A good selection of games to play to help top up but unfortunately there can be a delay in getting pay outs.
I have personally had £360 of pay outs over 18 months however the last one was a struggle to get.

I have had a couple of problems with points not being added for games but your customer service team have sorted this for me. I also had a big problem over a couple of weeks trying to cash out, but again customer services helped me. The fact that you give great customer service is a big plus for me.

When the app works well great
When the app works well great! There are times when the app can crash and when one has planned routes based on the coins and jackpot can be frustrating. Some of the jackpot express adverts are long and frustrating and can crash the app so have to watch again. However, with these little niggles, great customer support and love the challenges and coin collection features.

Communication is great whenever there's an issue. I did have some issue with playtime (one of the game reward providers) not rewarding me and was never satisfactorily resolved. Otherwise in general I would say you can have confidence that you will be rewarded for your efforts.
