Good, prompt service, with helpful advice. Happy with my refurbished Mac, complete with really useful software. While still in the early stages of preparing for intended projects (publications linked to conservation, heritage and tourism), I am sure my like-new computer will serve me well. Great to view, work and edit photographic images on a nice big retina screen - Certainly beats my 13" MacBook Pro. Thank you.

4th iMac I have had from these in 4 years, always on hand with any issues, which are very rare I have to say. Will certainly be back again.

As a freelancer I bought an iMac from Macboxapps at the start of the first lockdown in order to maximise my earnings from working at home. They were courteous, efficient and even made some slight changes to the specification that I required. Delivery was quick when demand for computer equipment was high and 1 year later the iMac has been 100% fault-free. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The laptop is very good, everything works well maybe need a bit of help with WORD and perhaps another type of fan, but best one I've had.

Absolutely wonderful product, price and help. Highly recommend. Had to have something checked just before warranty end and they were very helpful, clear and efficient. Great work!

I wanted to start up my freelance graphic designing again as I had not done it for some years. My iMac was old and out of date and I needed an upgrade. I did not want to spend thousands of pounds on new iMac then have to pay for software as well. Honestly Macboxapps was the perfect solution, everything ready to go! I ordered my iMac with all the design tools and WiFi. It came within a couple days, I plugged it in and I was designing the same day. Absolutely brilliant idea. Very happy. 😁

Upon purchase, I received a faulty laptop that kept shutting down every 30 minutes while I used its basic facilities. This company was willing to resolve the issue which at first seemed great as I was in need of a laptop and the software they provide, however they claimed to have replaced the laptop with different parts but never seemed to solve the issue of the laptop shutting down. They then blamed me as the customer for the reason it shuts down now bare in mind I had been extremely patient within the 3 replacement laptops they provided (if that’s really the case). Extremely disappointed in my purchase, a waste of money, it’s not worth purchasing from this company, I now can’t get a refund considering they’ve wasted my time and money. You are better off buying a new laptop from a reputable company.

Update: Have been offered a refund, I sent the laptop back, and now I’ve received no response from the seller. I’m now in a battle to get my refund back and have had to go through PayPal to get my money as it’s clear this seller was keeping the laptop and my money, please do not buy from this company ! I’m now worried it was a scam !

My son purchased a MacBook Air from this website. When the laptop arrived it had a note to tell him not to update any of the software. Not updating the OS meant the laptop couldn't upload some of the latest Apple apps. As a result he wanted to return it. Despite claiming to offer a 'No Fuss' 30 day returns policy they refused the request and did not stuck by their claims. This now means my son will have to sell the laptop for a considerable loss to get a new one. I would not recommend using this company unless you have very specific requirements for your device.
