I was extremely impressed with the service & knowledgeable advice I received from Hussain at this business from the very first telephone call.
When I dropped my MacBook off at the shop his explanation of the process that would follow was detailed & exemplary.
The work was completed very quickly, professionally & the price I was charged was substantially lower than I had expected.
I would thoroughly recommend anyone to use their services as they are 5* plus.

Great service and fast turn around highly recommend them use them all the time. Had my MacBook repaired same day.

BEWARE!
Asked for my laptop screen to be replaced in May after it was damaged and since then I have visited the shop twice for the same screen issue.
The first occasion was only a couple of days afterwards. I saw lines on the screen and had to drive back to the shop.
The second occasion being today (4 months later) I am back again with lines on the screen and I am told it was cracked and I have to pay the full price to replace the screen.
In total it has cost me more money here to replace it and I lost my confidence in them.

Hard disk on my Mac failed. They fitted a new drive. Great service and friendly staff.

I took my computer here because it was not turning on and I had a very good experience. The man was very nice and we explained to him that we had travelled into Manchester for the day and would have to leave to catch our train. The man very kindly made my computer a priority so that we would not have to return to Manchester to pick it up the following day. He fixed my computer quickly and for a very reasonable price. Overall a very positive experience would highly recommend this place.

Amazing!! So happy with my Mac. Took it in with water damage to the key board fixed quicker than Apple were offering and did it at an amazing price! Great communication! Very impressed.

Took my Mac in for a display replacement. Gave me a much better price than Apple and had it fixed and ready the next day. All round reliable, no problems with the fix that I can see.

Unbelievable customer service, patience and evaluation. The team squeezed a few more years out of my 15" Mac Book Pro but when it gave up they advised me on a good replacement and then looked out for one for me. Bingo - I'm back in business, and delighted. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I turned up at the Mac & PC Repair Centre in Grosvenor Street, Manchester with a manufacturing server from my process that had failed. We could only provide these guys with half of the server since we needed to pinch the hardrive into another server to keep our process running. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in quick time with no hassle. The server is now back in full operation! Service from Ahmed and the team was excellent - highly recommended and will be going back with other equipment issues.

Finally found my go to Mac repairers. Had a RAM upgrade and the guys called me to suggest an SSD upgrade as well. Something I had forgotten to ask about. Had the full upgrade and I'm delighted. Just wish I'd done it sooner. Great service.

Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Fabulous customer service over many years. These guys are really dedicated to sorting my Mac problems out.

They did the job when my macbook started acting up. Swapped lht a drive. A bit expensive but worked

I had a problem with my Mac hard drive some time ago which they successfully repaired at the time. During this second visit the Mac & PC Centre replaced this with an SSD and transferred all my data to the new drive. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service. Very happy with the result.

Excellent all round experience can't recommend these guys enough. Helped me recover all my data and got my macbook working again.

Unfortunately have had a really disappointing experience with these guys. I brought in a macbook which had a defective secondary hard drive (still entirely functioning aside from this problem accessing certain documents).

After a few days they had identified that the HDD needed replacing which they did, and I happily paid for, only to realise that the power button had been irreparably damaged whilst in their care meaning I can no longer power on the laptop. Fixing the power button requires replacing the entire keyboard (£120).

Despite the obviousness of the damage occurring whilst with them, they refused to take any responsibility for it - leaving me with a laptop in significantly worse a state than when I originally took it to them, or I could pay to repair the damage they caused.

Feels like a shame to write this, as have had a good experience with them in the past, however it felt necessary to share this apparent lack of professionalism.

Amazing!! impressed with the honest and thoughtful level of service that is provided. If you have an issue with any computer / phone, then these are the people to solve your problem, and to get you running again. What impressed me most was the price! Lovely staff too! Thank you guys!

Timewasters with zero communication skills. Rang up 5 minutes after they opened on Friday and was after a same day repair, "You've rang up at a good time, there shouldn't be any problems, leave it with me"

Call at about 4.30pm, "Sorry it will have to be Monday now" (even though they are open on Saturday). "Someone will call you to collect on Monday". The shop have to have the machine by 12pm for same day repairs so I stared to get worried and rang them at about 11am on Monday morning. "Sorry we won't be able to drop it off until tomorrow morning".

Seems like I'm being stung along to stop be going elsewhere. Not a very professional outfit.

Edit, they are also guilty of false advertising as confirmed by the ASA.

I can't rate the team at the Mac & PC Centre highly enough. My whole family has been going to them for years and they have always provided excellent, reasonably priced, sales and support. I think they are one of the longest established Mac centres in Manchester and they really know their stuff. Their customer service is brilliant - so helpful and efficient - and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. I have grown to trust them fully over the years and count on them to deliver the best value service in Manchester.
