Very bad online experience, I received my order samples not original items and I try to contact with customer service but she told me not allowed to return the items very bad experience and I will make complaint to Dubai consumer rights and I will return the items to replace original items not samples .

I can't recommend Lisa from MAC in Boots Meadowhall enough!
She did both mine and my friend Gemma's makeup for Gemma's son's engagement party, and we couldn't have been happier. Lisa was so warm, friendly, and professional from the moment we sat in her chair. She made us both feel completely comfortable and took the time to create looks that made us feel absolutely beautiful.
The makeup was flawless, lasted all day and night, and we received so many compliments throughout the engagement party. We genuinely felt like a 10/10!
Lisa, thank you so much for making us feel so special. We had such a lovely time chatting with you while you worked your magic, and you made the whole experience so enjoyable. We both left feeling confident, glamorous, and ready to celebrate.

I purchased the MAC eyelash curler…
I purchased the MAC eyelash curler which came with two additional inserts that fell out from the curler very quickly and easily and because they were so small I couldnt find them! Since then I have tried to purchase refills from MAC from several outlets including airport duty free counter but they don't stock them. I called their customer service and they said this is a common complaint for this product but they offered no solution. It has just been suggested that I buy another MAC eyelash curler which seems crazy as this means I would end up with several eyelash curlers costing around £14. Truly this is a great product and gives a wonderful lift to eyelashes so I am very disappointmented with MAC not supporting their customers with suitable refills for their products. Customer is just left high and dry. I use a lot of MAC and have a great respect for their product and the quality of their make up artists but this lets them down badly. I am also unable to find any dupes for the products.

Oh dear - wish I'd checked Trustpilot, but have used Mac for over 10 years without an issue. Same as previous review - £28 lipstick hasn't arrived. Have been on hold to Mac for 33 minutes now. Clearly no-one at Mac is interested in customer service as none of these negative views has received a reply. What a shame - most of my make up is Mac - I won't be replacing anything after this.

I've been a makeup artist for 26 years so have used lots of Mac products over the years and occasionally had to deal with their customer services which have been OK......that's all changed.....i bought a lipstick over 2 weeks ago (for a wedding that I was working on that's now actually happened).
The lipstick never arrived at Evri...it still says they're waiting for it. I've been on MAC live chat 3 times now and been told a replacement has been sent out twice....I've not received any emails confirming this and evri haven't received an order from them either. No one seems to be doing what they've promised they've done.

If you return something to their warehouse, they don’t refund your money. You have to contact them through chat and then it’s escalated to a team who finally refunds the money. The customer shouldn’t have to hunt them down to refund the products they returned under their policy. They are probably hoping people just forget. It’s happened to me multiple times and now I’m not going to order from them again.

My name is Phuong Huynh and I own and operate PL SPA located in Elk Grove, California. In February of 2025, I reached out to Mac Marketing to help advertise my business on google. After 2 months, we did not receive any feedback from our customers that they found our business from Google advertisements. I thought it was strange so I went on Google to search myself and our business location had us shown as the backside of the property where deliveries and inventory are stored. I attempted to contact them for support but was unable to reach them and after 2 hours of being out on hold, they hung up on me. This happen numerous time. When it came to renewing the contract a year later, they reached out to me asking if I wanted to renew and of course I voiced my frustration and they finally accepted that they falsely/mistakenly advertised my business incorrectly in google. I am very unhappy with their customer service as well as their false advertisement. I would not recommend them to anyone. Please avoid working with them at all cost.
Colors NOT MATCHING ANYMORE
I bought the same number of concealer I already use from Mac fix studio in a store and the salesperson told me it would be the same color. In the end the new version is too dark and they didn’t tell me. Now customer service just ignored it and just “apologized”…. If your own staff doesn’t know the information, how am I supposed to know?

My lipstick arrived broken. They do not offer a way to simply exchange a defective product that was purchased online. If I return it and re-order, I'll have to pay for shipping again, and lose the discount reward offer that the first lipstick was purchased with. Not fair!

I just found out that you need a certain amount of points in order to qualify for a complimentary birthday gift. I don't expect anything big or even an item that I would need but this gift is something nice to do, shows that you value your customers. First you get rid of the free item/recycle program and now this. MAC is all about the cash grab it seems. All my makeup is MAC and has been since the late 1990's because they were the first makeup line that catered to my skin tone however I don't wear a ton of makeup hence I have thus far only collected 3/4 of the points needed for the free item. It feels like an insult to a loyal customer like myself. There are so many options for my skin tone these days. Just so many options period. I think it's time I look at other options. MAC is no longer the type of company I wish to support.

I have never gave them permission to complete this order. When I direct called Mac they act like when they look into the system it is not visible. But week later $28 is removed.

Shopping at MAC West Vancouver
I was at the MAC store in Park Royal Mall, West Vancouver BC today, helped by Niki C. She greeted me right away which I thought was great, because too often people are ignored until they actually scream or walk out of a store with unpaid merchandise. I asked Niki about specific lipstick which has been discontinued with other brands, and even the ladies at Sephora said to go to MAC. Niki showed me a few suggestions and I walked out with a new lipstick about 99% close to what I was looking for. Better yet, she was kind, unhurried, and made me feel important at that time. Ordered for same day delivery since i have a special event to go to later (and even paid extra for it, at that) my order was cancelled this morning at 11AM. I’ve been calling back to back since then to see if a replacement could be sent & they haven’t offered me a thing!!! They also took the money back out of my account after they refunded it! WTF? I called the MAC location my item was supposed to be sent from to see what happened to my order and the rep said “I’m not sure why they even allowed you to follow through with the order because we have been out of stock for a while and aren’t expecting a shipment anytime soon that i know of” Like are you guys serious?????? MAC???? I will literally never order from MAC again, this definitely took the cake for me. Disappointed is an understatement and i’ve been shopping with MAC for over 10 years!!! I have an event to go to tonight and this genuinely ruined my day. You’d think they’d treat a loyal customer better than this but they treated me like i was a nobody to them. Hurtful.

Horrible customer service and website. I have been a loyal MAC member since they started. I tried to place an order yesterday, ran into problem. Called useless customer service. They could not help, said to try later. I tried off and on all day and again today. Still no luck, called again. Couldn’t help, asked for supervisor, said they would call back in 48 hours. Company has gone down the tubes. There are plenty of other brands that will be happy to take my money. Done with MAC!
