You guessed it. Package was left outside an entrance to a block in London. Gone by the time we got home obviously. Customer service can despatch a new package in 7 days. Refund also takes 7 days. Come on, it’s 2025. I have had to repurchase from a department store which offers next day click and collect so that I can give my sister in law her gift on Wednesday. I will never shop at Mac again and will always go to the department store going forward.
Black Friday Sale
I absolutely love MAC products and won't use anything else. Sadly I had an unpleasent experience while buying on their website during the black Friday sale. After I paid for my order, I received an email the next day stating that one of the products ordered was not included in the package that has been dispatched. I have been ordering the items as a present, so it was rather annoying. I did get the difference of the refunded, but I still wanted the item. This morning I justed their live chat which took me an hour. The assistant told me that by the time the order got through to the warehouse, the item was out of stock. When I asked if I could order something else instead and still get free postage, I was told that this wasn't possible. I am very disappointed with the service I received. It seems that I will have to purchase my items in store instead.

Order isnt complete! When i call customer service, the products are out of stock even though i paid for it. They can’t offer their customers any solution but a refund. Bad service! Even the lady i spoke to agreed that MAC has a bad customer service. Will never order again!
Website is slow and sending even slower... And not correct
It was a hell to order in the first place...then I ordered 3 things and I got only 2. The put the sticker in the deliverybox so that everyone could open it...I don't know if it got lost on the way or the 3rd product never reached the box. Sad. Estee Lauder Cosmetics, such a big brand and such a disaster everytime you order from their brands...I guess that was it for me. Never again Estee Lauder Cosmetics.

I have ordered on the 11th of November, supposedly I was to receive an order confirmation email, which I still have not received. On the website, there seems to be an order for me, which is supposedly being processed and I would get a notification when it is shipped out - NOTHING so far.
On the other hand, for several days I have been trying to contact MAC customer service; the only possibility seems chat, which is managed by a bot, and never connects to a person, so you spend hours waiting for no help at all.
I tried calling, again another bot - after several questions back and forth having to press numbers for them to direct my call, the bot never appeared to understand what I needed so again useless.
In my whole online shopping experience, I have never encountered such BAD customer service.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was served by Josie at the MAC counter in Boots Donegal Place, Belfast last Saturday and she was fantastic. I’d struggled with my previous MAC foundation, but Josie took the time to do a proper skin tone match and showed me how to apply it using the MAC moisturising primer, which has been a great match for my very sensitive skin. Her advice was spot on and made a real difference. Highly recommend!

Went into Max store of 125th street and there was a Hispanic sales rep. working last Friday night about 6:45pm and I advised I only needed 2 lipsticks as he was working with a indecisive woman as she wanted to look through several things I said. Well just grab my two lipsticks and ring me out and then you can stay here with her all night and and continue, he did not acknowledge my presence as a customer and to me that was horrible customer service. He did not care whether he made the sale or not and I definitely didn't want to buy from someone like him and give him my money. This is horrible customer service.

Oh, Mac! What a disappointment you turned out to be. I am simply trying to return a lipstick, and can't. The chat is useless because nobody answers it. Then I called and was told that it would take 3-4 hours to send me the return label.
The very reason that I am returning the lipstick is because Mac changed the formula, and not for the better.
