To many migrant delivery drivers . Why don't Macdonald's open a delivery restaurant not for drive through or customers but just for delivery's then it would take pressure off the restaurants because I went through the drive through in all Ipswich Macdonald's and the delivery drivers take priority over indoor customers and the drive through. Me and the missus only wanted a big mac meal and a flat white and was told to go wait . 45 min later I went inside to find a pile of order bags . And lots of migrant drivers crowding the shop pushing customers out of the way to get to the counter. So why not open a food hub that dose Macdonald's and kfc all fast food restaurants. Taking the pressure off . So fast food can become what it was before delivery started .

Order food via Justeat and my order has been delivered somewhere else. I have called them letting them know and the said the would have refunded me, but never happened.

Please stop making vegan sh.t. Just trew my mackroket away. Horrible woke dissapointing food. Dont let 1% of the population determen what 99% should eat.

Went in no paper to get a receipt staff to busy talking to their friends to serve customers waited nearly 20 mins finally got my meals to take away and there was no sauce and when we got home found half the meal not there tried to call but no one answerer the phone tried to find an email to write a complaint and no email I now remember why I don't go there tried

Stay well away from the app, it's not fit for purpose. I cancelled an order in store due to the app crashing repeatedly preventing me from making payment. I had items on the order being paid for with points, Macdonalds refused to credit the points back to my account even though it was due to their app failing and a member of their staff cancelling the order off. The app is a Scam, used to encourage customers to spend (if and when it works) but working against the customer more often than not (often as its not working). Avoid, go to the desk and hope for no cock ups.

Discussed with Victoria park Nottingham macdonalds,orders on line,they chucked the burgers together with no respect for the customer,I would not even fed my dog with them,disgusting,will not be going there again

2 interviews in between a weeks time I was not notified or let no positions been taken.. diabolical customer service and in general un professional to say the least.. walsall town centre restaurant.. interview today 1130 cancelled yet again and wouldn't of been made aware if I never perseverd with the 1hour and 25min of calling from 7.30 this morning to be spoken to rudely and told position been taken.. baring in mind I made my way qnd had my 1st interview on the 7th to arrive and be turned away..for them to re boom my for the 14th being today!! So imagine if I never called and did make my down yet again.. totally un professional rude and disgusting

Ordered through the screen at the entrance of the restaurant. One of the products desires is not available but it’s not written anywhere.
Get my order, double checked its content (necessary step in every single McDo in this world) to find out that the desired product was substituted by something else.
Asked the correct product politely to waitress.
Waitress preferred attending another client before resolving my issue, looked offended when I said I don’t want this product that I did not order, then tried to convince me to stay with this product.
Manager sighs when informed of the issue, tries to convince me to stay with the product that I did not order then finally proceed to look for an alternative solution with the velocity of a one-legged crab. Seeing this, I presumed that the situation would not be resolved within the next 5 minutes (already 15 minutes have gone since I got my order) and because I was there to feed an hungry kid, I finally resigned myself to take the order as it is (with the undesired product).

Everything is wrong:
- unavailability of products should be clearly mentioned on the menu
- products shouldn’t be substituted without customer’s confirmation
- customer should not have to explain (twice) why he does not want a product that he did not order

BONUS: when I opened the order to eat, discovered that the waitress did not provide the spoon required to eat the dessert.

I don’t often go to McDo in Portugal but each and every single time I ordered from them I was disappointed by the service and did not receive what I ordered.

Food was okay, but why do you ask if we want items then not provide them. Everytime something is missing... Please check your order before you drive away.

One star is to many. I ordered through the drive through at macdonalds Waterlooville a big tasty meal a Big Mac meal and 9 chicken nuggets paid 18.17 at hatch one was given drinks at hatch two and told to wait in car park for the rest, half an hour later after asking a girl delivering to the car next door what has happened to my order she returned with it. I drove home only to find no nuggets and a cheese burger that I did not order. This must be the worsed macdonalds in the country

Professional service from both Josh Harli and the team , great communication , nothing was to much trouble and explained really well, very competitive fees and friendly

Staff at Maidenhead staff are rude and disrespectful they have given me someone else order and when called they said that the delivery driver stole our order keeps saying different excuses

Bad service, half of my order was wrong missed extra cheese and staff had attitude

I just want to say that the young girl at McDonald’s in Crewe (near Morrison’s) is absolutely fantastic, my son is Disabled and she was very helpful and went the extra mile. Which, trust me is A breath of fresh air sometimes. Her name is Amy, I hope you will pass this message on and just say a big thank you. Amy is a credit to your company
