After five months of going back and forth with this company on a refund they offered a partial refund even though I returned the merchandise. Beware dealing with this company. Scam artists at best.
Purchased a leather A2 jacket. Received wrong jacket which was not real leather. Customer service does not answer emails. I shipped jacket back to them and after a week still waiting on refund status. Buyer Beware.

This is a fraudulent business organisation. I bought 2 security cameras in October 2020, about 7weeks later, I received my delivery containing only 1 security camera. I sent a MISSING ITEM email according to provisions on the website and they confirmed and responded they would send the missing camera but 6 weeks later (Jan. 2021) and 4 more emails, they have totally refused to either respond or send my camera..
I need to institute an official complaint to a legal / fraud control organisation that covers international trade. I’m sure I’m not the only one affected by this brazen financial theft/fraud/breach.
