When I received the clubs there was red overspray on the black heads, after playing 3 rounds the back paint is now starting to rub off. I like the clubs, and think they have improved my game but the aesthetics are letting them down.

Bought the set of DCT4000s and was absolutely delighted with my purchase. It was a seamless transaction and the delivery of the clubs was ultrafast. Communication from MacGregor was excellent from the moment of sale and even after delivery. The clubs themselves are outstanding quality for your money. I would recommend MacGregor to anyone looking to buy new clubs.

Pleased with summer golf bag and all going well but only a week in.
Scored one star less as delivery came earlier than expected and we were away and didn’t have good signal to change etc.

Awful-even ed a golf bag not wanted so started a returns. There was no paperwork:invoice or returns label in package so emailed asking and had no reply! Then contacted them through their website form and had no reply-so found returns policy on website with advertised returns address- posted at my expense with tracked courier, when courier mailed me with proof of delivery,signiture and date and time I messages macgregor, they denied receiving it😡 two days later they said I had shipped to wrong address-when improved to them it was the address on their web page they said oh sorry we haven’t updated that so it’s gone to our old address. Another 2 days they said they’ve arranged to collect it from their old address and issued a refund-a week later no refund and several emails all ignored- so I have no bag and no refund still fighting, now claiming fraud through bank- avoid at all cost/customer service is worse ever 😡
