For months I had a machine listed, zero referrals. They apparently showed the listing to some "big name" companies, leading me to believe that they searched out my listing.
Months into it, I received an email suggesting a better plan of selling, I immediately responded positively. Then....nothing back...Over a month later( I have since canceled my listing after reading all the negative reviews) I receive another email, again, suggesting a better option to sell. This time, I review before I succumb to trickery....Just another company option with bad reviews!! 'Allsurplus'
I'll sell it for scrap, before I deal with either.

We have always dealt with Henny. She has always been professional and very helpful. She replies and implements our requests quickly and always checks in to make sure everything is ok. We have found the platform very useful for sales and advertising.

Absolute nonsense, Advertising Excavators that do not exist, using Stock pics to get people sucked in.
Avoid like the plague!!

We have been Machinio clients for a number of years and highly recommend them. It is an excellent sales platform that offers fast support and individual, expert account management.

It is a great platform to sell your machines and the support from machinio is very good. If there are any questions, they are dealt with very quickly.

A very good platform for machine manufacturers to find interested customers and then successfully do business.

I did a reservation for 4 pieces of equipment for a 1 month add. I only used 1 as I sold the rest localy. They still changed me for 3 counts of nothing then tried to auto renew all 4 a month later without authorization.
I also never received a single piece of communication on the one piece I did list.

Someone from this company copy/pasted my entire dealership inventory to their site. I cannot get a single phone call or email answered to find out why they are doing this. I cant imagine it is out of the goodness of their hearts. Nobody asked if I would like them to post my stuff. Why is a heavy machine company posting pictures off of RV dealers websites????

Criminals. They are scams

Customer service was good, had good experience with my interactions. The actual service was worthless, waste of time and money. My own outlets out performed Machinio 100-1. Do your own research if you think your inventory may do well on here, don't make the mistake I made. You would likely do better running facebook ads or just listing on eBay. I as assured my machinery was a perfect match for them but produced one valid phonecall in 3 months.. And the customer clicked on that by mistake..

I listed on this site and got zero calls and not sure how many looks. Listed on Ebay and got 171 looks and sold there in two weeks.
This was the right place to sell my $15K lift. I can not recommend Machinio at all, cant even get proper billing info from them. There website site has NO website help line to call either.
I tried to send myself a email like I was a customer and it took two day to get. Just wanted to make sure my link was correct

You can say all you want but charged me for two months without one lead.... You dont even have your phone number listed on your website. If your so excellent, then return my fees paid?

Very good platform - able to optimize the site content on weekly basis. It appears to be visible worldwide.
