This company is haram.they are a thief. I ask for my refund a total amount of 300 riyals.
But they keep on ignoring me and they said to me wait for 30 days and now more than 3 months still they didn’t give me a refund. This company is scam. A liar. Poor Communication and Service
I have not received any email confirmation or details about my License. False advertising. I called the call center no one picks up. I sent several messages on whatsapp and received no response. Seems like a scam. I reported it to the Authorities. I want a full refund!

Order tracking extremely difficult
The whole process is absolutely untracked. First of all, don't have an account to check my purchase history. After paying no email was received that the payment has been placed successfully. After that no message or any data when my electric idf would be received. At the end, no shipment tracking number or any other details. Completely confusing.
