Items never received yet company is still holding my money! 2000 British Pounds!



DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
FRAUDULENT ENTERPRISE.
Ordered 2 coats from Mackage over a week ago. Approximately I have spent about 2000 pounds, having ordered different sizes.
I am yet to receive any product from Mackage at all in terms of delivery.
The items have been now ‘returned to shipper’, which has only been established because of the tracking information available.

I have received absolutely no further communication from Mackage whatsoever.

Emails sent to the address which customers are directed to on the website are merely bounced back.

The phone number for the shop in Roermond (where the item is originating from) goes straight to voicemail.

The lack of customer care and service is an utter embarrassment, particularly because they are selling such high end products and holding my cash!

Reading the reviews here and seeing the problems I am encountering with just getting something delivered, is enough to put me off ever ordering from them again.

They are thieves!!!

I have been trying to get a refund for two items I returned. I have proof of delivery based on the FedEx tracking. Still they are refusing to issue a refund. Basically, they took the merchandise back and still kept my money.

Then they randomly charged my credit card €1,500 without my consent.

Brilliant

Brilliant, brilliant company.
Repeat customer.
The clothes are fantastic. Stylish. Well made. And keep you warm as well!
I have two Calla jackets and they are just beautiful. Two different colours!.
I bought a puffa “vest”. Returned as too beg! Reordered smaller size and is just perfect. Really perfect!
Swift delivery. And swift refund.
Love you Mackage!

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I ordered2 items (Mackage Europe) online and they were delivered to us via DHL. We decided to return one of the item as it was too big. Instead of DHL, we had to use FEDEX for the return (as mandated by their instruction). It was also confirmed to us that we do not need to bear the cost of import duty, they would take that cost (I have email proof of that).
Soon after, I received a hefty bill from DHL to pay for import duty for BOTH items.
Since than, I have been corresponding back and forth with DHL and Mackage to rectify the situation. Mackage kept writing that they are looking into it (email from a Rania El Hadraoui. Ultimately, she never got back to us.
So now, not only do we need to cover the import duty (which was not suppose to be the case), we even have to pay import duty for the item which was returned to Mackage.
