I found everyone at Mackay electricians most helpful and efficient. I had EICR inspection then work carried out very quickly and efficiently and Keira in the office sent out satisfactory report very quickly. Highly recommend this company. Scott, Fraser and Keira too team!
Fraser, who did the review was great. He said all was ok. Got a report from Scott who said the electrics were unsatisfactory. The house was built 12 years ago and everything was passed. No explantion was given by Scott. It took ages to get my report despite payment weeks earlier. Think my chasing and Fraser chasing his boss resulted in this repsonse. Suggest using someone else to avoid dealing with Scott! Fraser, this is no reflection on you.
I highly recommend Mackay Electrical Ltd. Scott and his team are excellent. I had an EV charger installed plus replacement House & Garage Consumer units & complete house circuit testing. Their workmanship is superb. Tidy and efficent too. Brilliant!
Mackay Electrical fitted a charging point for a PHEV at our house in March. They arrived at the agreed time and date and completed the job in one visit tidying up after themselves. They explained everything very well even putting the relevant apps on our phones. Would thoroughly recommend them
