Poor Product Execution No Resolve
***update 4/27 In reply to seller response. They never sent an email as stated below. I checked all folders. @Macorner: Please don’t mislead customers.
I placed an order on April 2 for the “Graduation Walking Beside You Every Step – Personalized Lapel Pin with Photo Charms (3 Charms),” which cost about $30. I uploaded my photos at the time of purchase and received no feedback or warning from the seller about any potential quality issues.
When I received the item on April 18, I immediately noticed that one of the photo charms was extremely overexposed—so light that my parents’ faces are barely visible. The other charm was acceptable, but this one was clearly unusable. I contacted the company right away and asked if they could replace just the defective charm.
Their response was disappointing. They stated that the brightness issue was due to the original photo I submitted and asked me to allow for a “20% difference” between advertised images and the final product due to lighting or display variations. They then offered only a 10% discount as a goodwill gesture.
At no point during the ordering process was I warned that my photo might be too bright or that it could result in a poor-quality print. Had I been notified, I would have gladly submitted a different image. Instead, I received a product that does not meet reasonable expectations—especially for something meant to commemorate my daughter’s graduation in just two weeks.
This experience has been very disappointing, both in product quality and customer service. I would not recommend doing business with this company again.

To date I have received 14 emails with a question of how did we do every email I ask for an either refund or correct my order. All they say is nobody will answer this email. Well then why are you sending me more emails if nobody is answering your email, I just want my order }corrected. It is for my daughter forMother’s Day and I think you’ve done a horrible job in reaching out in a personal manner. Your automatic response does nothing to correct the problem. I wish somebody would call me back and explain why the order was messed up. Delivery not as promised/advertised - extremely poor customer service. Took almost 5 months to receive less than adequate refund (shipping). They would not compensate for the extremely late gift I ordered. I’ve read other reviews just the same. I would Never do business with them again.
