Quality is amazing and they both turned out so beautifully! Hubby was impressed and loves them! Was originally concerned bc the kaychain arrived first but solo. Very dissapointed
Very dissapointed. They are taking advantage of people and make a ton of money by liying to their customers. I ordered 3 personalised t-shirts (special gift for family members) on 19 February 2026 and was NEVER informed/aware that this package is coming from China, neither that it will take so much time for it to arrive, nor that custom fees are linked to it. And by the way, the custom fees that needed to be paid are more expensive that the actual product! Had I have known this, I wouldn’t have ordered from them in the first place.
As I was saying, it was supposed to be a precious gift for our family members but with so much delay in transit it already exceeded the occasion on which I was planning to offer it.
They claim to offer an emotional product/service but then they do not care about peoples’ particular situation.
It is a matter of principle to inform customers that custom fees related to a specific order are IMPOSED later on.
I have already refused to pay these fees at my local postal office and now I can no longer access the package, therefore the only remaining option is the following: the package will be returned to sender imminently. And they refuse to offer a reimbursment. This is outreageous. I am without the product AND without the money I have paid for it!

I was wanting to get my 23-yr old son some "personalized mugs" for his birthday when I saw Macorners' advertisement on the news feed I look at every day. I would just like to give a "shout out" for the timely delivery of my order. I was so worried that it wouldn't reach me in time for my son's birthday.
I am delighted with the quality of the mugs. And how it was wrapped in such a cocooned way it didn't allow for any damage through handling & getting chucked about.
I am very impressed with the whole process & being able to track the delivery of it. Considering the distance of where I live & Macorner, to watch it reach each destination was very interesting. I was home when it arrived & on a Saturday too.
I cannot fault my experience with Macorner in anyway. Completely satisfied customer 🙂

Cap with printing was extremely poor…
Cap with printing was extremely poor quality and came all crushed in shipping bag. Cap was so crushed that it will never hold its shape. Printing on cap was acceptable. For a $30 cap including shipping, it was a rip off.
