Upgrade to Reflect X - great support
I have been a user of Macrium backup on a total of 4 home machines and moved from V8 to X recently. I had trouble upgrading a Dell laptop to X but Macrium support (thank you Wisam!) were very quick to help me upgrade successfully.

Support Kudos for Macrium
I had stupidly placed two orders for Macrium Reflect within miues of each other. I sent an E mail to support and asked for a correction. I was stunned to learn that Alex caused one order to be cancelled the very next day. Support in spades! Thank you!

Why bother with the rest?
This is the software I researched/evaluated for use as a network engineer. Most of my admins incorporated the software into their imaging packages and home use.

Terrible and unclear error reporting and horrible UX and UI
Terrible and unclear error reporting, with no help and really bad user interface. Spend more than week to set it up to work with NAS. UX and UI people done really, really bad job. For its price I would not buy it again.

Great software but requires over priced subscription
The software is great but I do not like the subscription model (overpriced) and the fact they got rid of the free version after many years.

Easy interface
Easy interface. Always backs up in a timely manner.
Used the free version for many years and need file, image, customer backups and being able to restore from a clear list of files in an image etc.

Subscription policy is not fair for home users
This is truly an excellent backup software with respect to reliability, usability, functional scope and prizing(?). Until version 8.x I was really happy with that product and I use it only in my personal life. I renewed the license for 4 computers regularly every two or three years. So, 5 stars were justified up to that point. Now the licensing policy has changed drastically and comes close to extortion with the new subscription model for private users. Looking now for appropriate replacement.

This is backup software that works
This is backup software that works and is fully dependable for me. I used Norton backup long ago, and so many times it couldn't start a subsequent backup because it couldn't figure out where the previous backup was. Reflect works every time, and has been a successful source of recovery files. It is solid.

Great backup protection
This is a very well designed and executed software I have used for many years for backup use. Many functions are included allowing for differing types of backups and custom schedules.
Works for me and saved my butt when my system crashed and lost my OS.
