While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Just another diet company

Although claiming to be nutrition coaches some of the ‘nutrition’ they advise is not backed by science however they treat anyone who questions their ‘theories’ terribly.

The Facebook group is moderated to remove ANY comment or discussion, even those backed by science if it does not fit the view of their ‘coaches’ some of which have views that don’t match long standing science.

This is nothing more than your typical diet company wanting subscriptions. Daily calorie and macro amounts are derived from widely available online calculators and you are then ‘coached’ to eat whatever you like to meet those calories and macros so whilst you may lose weight the actual nutritional and health aspect is lacking.

Not a great experience and I think it speaks volumes that nearly all avenues to leave feedback/reviews have been cut off or are heavily moderated so the impression left in my opinion isn’t accurate
